I had a Mitsubishi ductless unit installed and they were on time and very professional. They did a fantastic Job cleaning up after, even collecting the big cardboard boxes. The owner is very kind and took personal care of me.I cant wait to turn this bad boy on this summer.I highly recommend them.

Cambridge Heating and AC installed a Mitsubishi split heat pump system at our house for heating and cooling in April. Their quote was reasonable and they managed the significant state rebate for us from Clean Heat. The crew who installed the system was fast, professional, and friendly. So far we have used the system for both heating and cooling, and it's working great!

I am not your average consumer. I am fully aware of of what it it takes to be an electrician, a plumber, and a carpenter. I have done much of this kind of work myself, so when I encounter a company like Cambridge, it's important to share my 5 star experience. So many HVAC companies in Brooklyn I've contacted have not returned my calls, or have eventually showed up and never followed through with their promises. I have been stuck in the hottest of days without air conditioning, with excuses like "we can't get the part" or "our guys are on another job". Cambridge returned my initial call within an hour, and had a full estimate with options the very next day to replace my Mitsubishi splits and compressor. They were always punctual and responsive, and I never had to wait much more than a few hours for them to get back to me and commit to showing up.
Cambridge replaced my entire system, with a new compressor and 5 split units. It's not an easy job as wiring needed to be installed from the circuit box to the compressor in my backyard. Sheet rock needed to be removed and replaced. It was messy, but they prepared me, and cleaned up when they left. One of the units had to be shipped from far away, but they worked with the regional rep to get it here on time. I was only without AC for one night, and the guys hustled like crazy to try and even prevent that. As with any big job, there will be some unforeseen snafus. And even though it took a few repeat visits to correct, the guys were at my door at 8 am smiling and ready to solve the problems. Tom, Dave and the rest of your amazing crew, thank you for restoring my confidence in customer service and professional integrity.

Cambridge did a beautiful job installing our new Mitsubishi air conditioning system in our Rockaway home. They were punctual, professional, polite, and finished the job in less time than they estimated. The price was right, and they helped with paperwork for PSEG for us to get a rebate. There are many places out there that do this work, but if you want an excellent job done, go to Cambridge!

Installed today a 24K Mitsubishi split unit and was very satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness. They were priced below the other 3 quotes I received. Would highly recommend Cambridge for your A/C needs.

I was looking for a Certified Trane dealer to replace my old A/C unit that broke down in the New York City area , and I got the real BEST!!! After requesting 3 estimates from different providers at the same time, I have to say that Cambridge Heating & Air Conditioning was the first to respond with the owner of the business; David, personally taking care of the estimate regarding the replacement of my old Trane A/C unit, that stopped working after 15 years of service. He provided me with the most suitable Trane A/C unit to comfortably fit my needs with a very reasonable and competitive estimate on the very same day. The exchange of communications with David was always very fast, while the other two companies responded too late or with a totally high estimate (almost the double) that did not make sense at all based on a model that I did not need. I also liked from this business that they only deal with two well recognized brands in the market, which are Trane and Mitsubishi, so they know very well those pieces of equipment from A to Z. I was so gladly impressed when I got a call from Tom telling me that that they were going to come to my house to do the installation, less than a couple of days after I paid the deposit for the purchase of the A/C equipment. With the initial guidance and coordination from Dave, a team of 5 experienced and well trained technicians and engineers came on time as promised, and immediately proceeded to remove the old A/C unit (Air Handler/Evaporator and Condenser) and install the new one after flushing the house pipes and making sure that there were no leaks. They were very effective and professional working in parallel in order to expedite the installation of the entire unit, which I do really appreciate so very much because of the intense heat wave in New York City. It must be noted that once the old A/C unit was dismantled, it was picked up for disposal right away, which shows great coordination of efforts within the different teams for this company. I have to say that I am so grateful to this company for the work performed RIGHT on the first time, and I will not hesitate at all to do business with them in the future if my heater breaks down and needs replacement. As a matter of fact, the very same day cancelled the A/C & Heating service insurance I had with another company as they did not provide the high quality professional service and I had to call them several times in two weeks to finally tell me that I needed to replace my A/C unit. Therefore, I fully recommend Cambridge Heating & Air Conditioning as they know how to do business very well and provide the best heating and air conditioning service as a Certified Trane dealer in the New York City area.
