Mark and his crew are great. They had been helping me with my very old boiler for several years. Finally it was time to replace and they did a great job. Installed it quickly, correctly, at a great price, and left the basement cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend Authorized Heating.

The 2 servicemen that came into my home were very respectful and super nice! They did their job very efficiently and even made me laugh. My boiler is running better than the day I had it installed. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I recommend Authorized heating very highly.

Marc and his guys have gone way above and beyond the call of duty for me and my family. I had a pool heater that wasn't working. It was the off-season and AH had stopped doing service for pool heaters, but re-loaded their truck with the appropriate equipment and came by to help. Far above and beyond the call of duty. Marc was also incredibly helpful on the phone, and always available for good advice. A+ service, A+ company-- would work with them any day. Receiving excellent service like this during a pandemic is not soon forgotten.

Authorized Heating was selected in a warranty replacement of an water heater. Marc was responsive and quickly arranged for a his people to come at a time convenient to us. His workers arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, removed the old water heater and went to get the new replacement for us. They returned and quickly installed the replacement unit. They were neat in their work area and in stacking the packaging. Very satisfied.

These Heroes showed up within 2 hours of my call in the middle of a pandemic and fixed my hot water heater in about 10 minutes. (I thought I needed a whole new heater so this was a huge relief.) Costs were fairly explained up front and the entire experience was no nonsense and professional.

My water heater sprung a leak. Spoke to Marc the owner, and he advised me that he was sending over a technician with my new AO SMITH water heater, and would be there within the hour. They were right on time and installed my new heater to my satisfaction. Great technicians and great service. Highly recommend them.

Marc was incredibly helpful addressing the issue with our water boiler. He was kind enough to help us address an immediate issue over the phone late Friday afternoon, on his way home. This shows how much he cares for his clients. 100% would recommend to anyone in need of a fix. Their response time was quite fast.

Mark and his employees were able to diagnose our pool heater problem and followed through with the repair quickly and thoroughly. Other people looked at our pool heater, which would intermittently fail, but they were the only ones who figured out the problem and were able to repair it quickly.
