I called them to get an estimate on replacing our old boiler. Jack came to the building, arrived when promised, thoroughly inspected the current boiler, checked the size of the radiators in each apartment, and answered all of our questions. Their quote was very reasonable. My husband decided to go with another company that handled the brand of boiler that we already have but I was impressed with Gas Heat and Servicing.

Horrible experience, I had an appointment but they did not show up. I had to call several times and the woman with the British accent kept saying that she couldn't tell when they would come. 3 hours later I call for the last time to demand an explanation, but the rude nasty woman hang up. I don't recommend this company, they don't respect their customers time, they are disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have been doing business with these folks for 26 years and they have never failed to provide excellent timely service. I would not want my boiler or heating systems in anyone else's hands.
