Installed a new gas water heater in my house the same day I called in the request, fairly late in the day. Quick turnaround and removed my old water heater after they were done. All in good job and professional.

They got back to me quickly, provided excellent advice and gave me a price comparable to others for installing a hot water heater. I went with a plumber a bit closer to home, but I was really impressed with the professionalism of these guys on the phone.

Authorized Heating really sprung into action when I called as a first time customer. They kept a entire condo from losing hot water and were amazing at getting us a new hot water under warranty. Had a good experience using there service. Boiler wasn't getting water hot-hot like it used to even after turning dial up to 120 degrees. They came next day and did an inspection and basically saved our house from a potential flood god know what else as our boiler was approaching 10 years old.

New heater installed next day and back to hot-hot water. Took about 4 hours but really clean work and courteous repair men.

I called up on a Tuesday afternoon, concerned about my hot water heater leaking water. I spoke to Marc on the phone. He was very nice and informative and told me there would be someone there within the hour. 30 minutes later a worker named Kevin showed up. He explained to me what the procedure was and how long it would take. He cleaned up the items around the hot water heater and the spilled water on the floor. After an hour of work the hot water heater was replaced. I would recommend and call them for future work.

Marc was super responsive and the guys were efficient and professional. The follow-up after the job was done was top notch.

Great experience using Authorized Heating. Needed a new 50 gallon tank installed to replace my older leaking American. K and Dave came in and took out the old one and had the new one installed and ready in about an hour. Seamless experience. Highly recommend.

I spoke to Kevin from the office on Monday and he sent one of his best technicians David & Daniel to inspect my Takagi ductless water heater on Tuesday morning. They were very professional and explained to me why the water heater didn’t have consistent hot water supply and showed me how to maintain it so I can service it myself (simply DIY, clean fuse/rod, water filter) and save from future service fees! The initial charge was $190 for the first hour and $125 each hour after. But usually diagnosis is made on first hour, and if parts are needed usually comes in within 1 - 2 days. But it would be another $125 to put on the parts, and Takagi has 6 years warranty on parts, and you would just pay the shipping fee if within warranty. Authorized Heating also provide a 6 month guaranteed on the work they do which is another plus! Great experience with this company, very knowledgeable and professional, and would recommend to everyone!
