We had Sun City come and install an AC unit. They did the work to find the piece that goes with the furnace my hubby had recently installed instead of selling us a new one. Workerswere polite, on time and very informative.

Just had our HVAC system seasonly serviced by Matt Parra, a great HVAC technician that was knowledgable, friendly, efficient,& easy to interact with. We would welcome working with Matt P. in the future.

The installation of our tank less water heater was done professionally and with a great attitude from our technician, Aaron O. The job did have to be done in a couple of phases due to a back ordered piece of equipment but he made sure that hot water was available and when he returned in a couple of days he completed the installation, answered questions and provided the same smile as the first time. All this was completed within the original estimate. Sun City has serviced our home for over 10 years now and we recommend them to friends and have even had people recommend to us.

Had Aaron out a couple of times - first was to service our existing tankless water heater (which was making a ton of noise and not heating the water) and then again to replace it entirely when we found out it was not really serviceable.

Completely satisfied with the service and work. Initial quote was honored, even with a few hiccups. Completely replaced and working in one day, and only a quick follow up required.

End result was better than we could have hoped for with our hot water.

3 stars is an average. I enthusiastically give 5 Stars to Gonzalo and Omar for working an extra long day, delayed by an unexpected emergency. They were professional, respectful, and thus far, it seems they did fantastic work. It's only been a day since the install, and everything is working beautifully.

I give 1 star to Sun City's Black-Mirror-esque policy of requiring a Google review that mentions the names of the employees on the job for them to receive a bonus. This policy manipulates the customer into boosting the company's presence on Google by exploiting the employee. Withholding a well-deserved bonus if the customer doesn't mention their names online isn't a kosher business practice. I don't mind leaving a review...please just ask kindly. However, withholding pay in any form from your hardworking employees if a customer doesn't, won't, or can't leave a Google review that specifically mentions their names isn't cool. Not cool at all, Sun City. You have good employees and you can do better.

We called Sun City Plumbing after finding a water leak in our home. Their technician, Adrian, showed up within a few hours of our initial call to address the issue. Adrian was prompt & professional throughout the entire service, and took the time to explain the problem we were having. The issue was resolved timely and the overall cost was very reasonable. Thanks, Adrian!

We had Jeff and Luis install a new a/c - furnace system to replace our old swamp cooler. They did a very professional job over 2 days and the new unit works very well. They were both vary courteous and friendly and they would always inform us if they had to run out for parts. They removed the old swamp cooler and placed a cap over the duct and cleaned up after themselves throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun City and their installers for any future work to anyone who requires this type of service.

After our fall maintenance plan check, our A/C unit needed 2 items repaired/replaced. Manny came out today to fix it. Very professional, on time, and explained everything he did. Everyone from the office has been very helpful and professional too. Great service all around. Keep up the good work!

Sun City has been our "GO TO" company for several projects involving AC units, Heaters, and Water Heaters for several years. They have always provided prompt and efficient service at a reasonable cost. And in those rare moments when something they did was not working as expected they immediately returned to remedy to issue. This year a new water heater was required as the original that came with the house 15 years ago was struggling to fill our needs. Jeff arrived when promised and began removing the old unit and Dell showed up within a few minutes to deliver a needed tool for the job and was able to stay long enough to help complete the job. They disconnected the old unit and removed it with very little mess left behind. Along with the new unit they installed a metal drip pan (which the old one did not have). The whole process was started and completed within the estimated time indicated. Both Jeff and Dell were friendly and focused on their work. This is what my wife and I have come to expect from Sun City and always recommend them to others when asked. Thank you for your technicians who represent your company in a very professional and friendly manner.

Very professional and very helpful. We did a complete remodeling of refrigerator air and it was great!! Highly recommended. Hard working guys!
