From the moment I called in to request a quote till the moment it was full installed Sun City staff were informative and courteous. Jeff was the main installation professional and he was knowledgeable and kept my home clean as he worked there for two days. Angel also assist Jeff and was just as professional. There were a few others that I did not catch their names - they also were knowledgeable and professional. I’ve used Sun City for a water softener, garbage disposal and a drinking water system. Every time they exceed expectations! When you want it done right call Sun City!

I have a bi-annual contract with Sun City. It is the best value for the money. That’s good care of me and make sure that my new heat pump is working correctly. they also installed my Nest thermostat and they make sure it is working correctly too. Manny G. did my service this spring. He was kind, professional, and really knew his stuff!

I totally trust Sun City to take good care of me and my home. Also, they understand climate change and taking care of the planet by using efficient mechanical equipment.

Raul and Gonzalo were great. They worked non stop through the heat and patiently explained each detail. They made every effort to avoid making a mess and even cleaned up after themselves. The result is a brand new heating and cooling system with a warranty from a locally reputable company! After the installation Victor came by to inspect and ensure the system was up to spec and operating correctly, also reminded me that the service includes a fall heater inspection and turn on visit. Also, though I don’t remember their names, two other technicians replaced a shower drain a week before the a/c install and also completed their tasks professionally! They have my future business for sure, highly recommend them.

One Monday, I noticed water around my utility closet around noon. Sun City had a plumber at my house that afternoon to confirm my water tank was leaking and an estimator on Wednesday, who told me I could replace my tank heater with a circulating tank-less water heater. The unit was installed on Friday of the following week, and finished the next Monday. It took a d couple of weeks to get the circulating pump set up to meet our routine. Now, everything is working properly and we are very pleased.

We are happy with their work and especially how quickly they were able to address our needs.

The service and work at Sun City is truly the best in Las Cruces. Jeff N. installed my new HVAC package unit (A/C + heating) in my home and did a great, efficient job. He was professional, on time, responded to all of my questions, and had the unit running in a few hours. Excellent job! The office staff at Sun City is also top notch. Leigh Ann (project coordinator) was fantastic at managing the installation of my HVAC, and coordinating an install in less than a week during the Summer. Great job!

I was having difficulty in getting enough hot water from my 13 year old water heater. Someone came and thoroughly cleaned the burner and pilot, etc. Suggested I replace the pizo electric starter. In the meantime, switched it with the other unit I have. Despite all his work, the pilot light still would not stay lit. Called back right away (next day) and they sent someone our right way to look again. Chris was very thorough and diagnosed a problem that was multiple hundreds of dollars to fix..or to simply replace the whole unit which was coming to the end of it's useful life anyway. That is what we decided to do. The estimate was quite good I thought, with credit for the previous service charge and a "senior" credit also (not quite sure how I felt about that one...) At any rate, made an appointment to install the new one. Chris returned on the day and time and had it installed and working in half the time allotted. I, obviously, am quite pleased with the price, timeliness and quality of the work. I will continue to use them for my plumbing/HVAC needs (just not too often, I hope).

Raul and Gonzalo were very professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to a gas leak. When I told them I smelled gas the said they could not find a leak. Their nose should have been enough. The next day Manny found it.

Aaron O. came out on an after-hours call when I got in over my head on a DIY project. He got here quickly and fixed everything. I will use Sun City again. Thank you.

With one air conditioner out we needed fast service. The repair person came out on Saturday(the day after we called), diagnosed the issue as a coil leak, discussed the issue with me and helped me make an informed decision. He follewed up on Monday as he had promised. Subsequently, understanding that the repair would be temporary and that the units were at the end of life, they provided a prompt quote. I had several quotes but theirs was the best and most professional. The Installation went well. It was done in a morning with minimal inconvenience to us and Victor and Alex were very professional. I had many questions about the new system and Alex was able to confidently answer them. I would recommend Sun City to anyone needing HVAC services.

Raul and Gonzalo just installed a 9,000 btu mini-split for our newly rehabbed casita. Greatly appreciated their professionalism and the efficient work. Appreciate Victor scheduling this work so that we lost no time in our AirB&B business since our next guest is arriving the next day. Both did a great cleanup! Another excellent job by Sun City who have performed many plumbing and HVAC jobs for us since 2015.
