I had Stevie and Aaron come to my house on June 20th to re-set a toilet that was rocking like a rocking chair. They also sanitized my RO system. They were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time and were just so polite and professional. They were clean and thorough. When I called the office to schedule my appointment; I spoke to Lar and she was so nice and professional on the phone. I had asked for Stevie specifically and she informed me that he was booked for a couple of weeks. I didn’t care about the wait because it wasn’t an urgent situation. So worth the wait!
Sun City Plumbing and Heating is the most reliable Plumbing and Heating/AC company in Las Cruces. They are honest and ethical and have the best owners and employees in this city.
They are not like those companies that come out and just slap things together. If you ever have a problem or question; they will bend over backwards to help you and make sure that you are satisfied with their work. They are the best!

My soft water system, installed by Sun City 15-months ago, operated intermittently over a two-month period. During that time, I repeatedly had soft water for three or four days followed by hard water for three or four days. When the Sun City plumbing technician, Daniel, arrived he examined the system and eliminated all the common reasons for the intermittent softener operation. He then determined that the problem was related to a faulty pressure relief valve that caused excessive water discharge to the exterior. He replaced the faulty pressure relief valve and explained to me why the faulty valve created the problem. He went on to verify that all phases of the softener system were operating normally. The system is now fully operationally thanks to Daniel’s professionalism, caring attitude and plumbing ability. There was no charge; work was part of the system's warranty.

Jeff and Eric were fantastic! We had our old furnace and AC units replaced with electric heat pumps. We also added a mini split to a bedroom that tends to stay hot (upstairs). From the beginning of the process Sun City answered all questions and were able to guide us to the right systems. Jeff, Eric and their team were punctual, polite and friendly. They are also very professional and true craftsmen as they navigated our old house and systems. As a bonus they provided thorough education after installation. This was another great experience with Sun City, who we will use for all of our plumbing and hvac needs. We’re looking forward to lower bills and a more comfortable house!

I had a major leak in my ceiling and they came out within two hours and fixed the leak. The same week I had a problem with my air conditioner and they fixed it quickly and professionally. To do the pipe repair, they had to cut big holes in the wall and ceiling. Todd came out and did an incredible job with the repairs. I can't tell where the holes were!

Sun City is just plain professional. I would not call anyone else for plumbing and air conditioning.

We needed a toilet replaced several weeks ago, and before the technician arrived Sun City sent a text saying that Jeff was on the way, AND sent a photo of him! That was special.
We also decided to go all electric and to replace our gas furnace with a heat pump. Jessy andSocorro were on time, very professional, and got our new system up and running in record time. They were great.

We have had our heating and A/C units serviced by Sun City for the past 10 years. Every contact person we have delt with; from the receptionist that books appointments, the service people who came to our home, to the billing and sales team, every employee has been professional, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, just a very positive experience. Our most recent service call brought Ray Adams and Adrian Padilla to our home for our annual service call. Both gentlemen were very professional and friendly and were genuinely all about providing us great service and making sure our heating and cooling units were in proper and safe working order. This company and its entire staff is excellent! Thank you...we appreciate your efforts and continued great service.

My refrigerated unit went out and I was fortunate to have it fixed in less than 48-hours of me calling for an appointment. The technician explained what he was doing and was friendly and knowledgeable. Was much cheaper to fix than I thought too!! Highly recommend

We have never been disappointed with Sun City. Once we went with another company and quickly realized our mistake! Most recently we replaced 2 air units. Gonzalo and crew were polite and professional. Ladies on the phone are always friendly, payment is easy, and work is timely and high quality. Final check by Alex was quick and easy. We are happy to do business with a great company.

I recently had the experience of working with Sun City Plumbing due to a leaky shower faucet. Adrian Garcia was my technician. I had several questions about the issue and he was very informative, courteous and provided excellent customer service. I was thankful the issue was fixed and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and Adrian. I appreciated his honesty and his friendliness.

They purposely don't schedule enough time nor do they finish the job that way you can call them back and they can charge you another 500$ on top of the one they just charged you. They actually break stuff, and want you to pay them to fix it. I refused to pay them until they finished the job, but the price kept going up higher and higher. They still didn't finish yet it was already close to 1500$ and they ended up breaking a couple of things along the way, and quote me to fix them. They hound you for payment, but they can careless if they do a fantastic job for the amount they are charging you. When I refused to pay, the supervisor for plumping acted all concerned and was going to make sure the job was done, but after I paid off my balance the supervisor didn't care about any of my concerns anymore and wouldn't return my phone calls. Wouldn't recommend. They just con people and make the issues you have worse.
