Great customer service from the technician, Lalo. He explained what he did and any issues with our systems. Very personable individual, easy to talk with about the systems. I recommend this company for you plumbing and heating needs.

We have used Sun City for both AC and Heating repair. AC was shortly after purchasing our house, and the heating repair was recent. For both service calls, Lalo was our technician and we were pleased with his professionalism and the work he performed. We would use Sun City again and would be pleased to have Lalo show up:)

My dealings with Sun City for the installation of my new AC unit have been nothing short of awesome. They staff at the office that called and reminded me of my appointments (initial estimate, installation, and inspection) were very professional. Jason, the estimator, was very professional and did not pressure me to make a choice I did not want to make. Raul and Gonzalo, the installers, were very professional and courteous. The were on time and cleaned up as they worked. The last team member, which I did not catch his name, completed the installation and the inspection in a very timely and professional means. I am very appreciative of the professionalism that Sun City exudes on their contracts. Thank you so much for an easy and stress free installation!

Adrian worked on my bathrooms. He did a very professional job installing a new toilet, repairing hardware and ER-caulking 2 sinks. He was a very friendly guy as were all of the employees I spoke with. This company will definitely fix your plumbing needs!

Raul and Gonzalo replaced an air conditioner and heat pump combo in the condo we were renting while staying in Las Cruces, New Mexico. They were both very polite and kept us informed about when they needed to be in the condo, what they were doing, and made a sincere effort not to disrupt our ability to move around the condo as much as possible. They also cleaned everything up before they left both days they were here. If we move to Las Cruces and need plumbing or heating services, we will call Sun City and request Raul and Gonzalo and also Matt, who came on the third day to double check that the heating air was flowing correctly ongoing.

Our heater stopped working. I called a 9am had a tech on site by 9.30 (i totally got lucky with this normally they are out within a few hours but sometimes the stars align). Lalo was super professional and serviced my system and corrected the issue without even replacing parts like we originally thought it would require. As always they were fast professional and fair. They will always be first call!

After Sun City completed an electrical panel upgrade (and did excellent work) for our new AC unit, there was a need for some exterior stucco repair around the new breaker and meter boxes. Todd very skillfully repaired and painted the stucco so that it matched the wall. In addition, Todd was professional, friendly, courteous, punctual, and communicative.
