Julio displayed his craftsmanship and knowledge of his trade while installing a new faucet and garbage disposal to the kitchen sink . He completed the job in one hour . Finally after the job was completed he says oh we also have additional cost which was the putty the basket strainer the pipe pieces and the PPE whatever that is . I called Maddox and complained . They offered 5 per cent discount not the usual 10 percent seniors discount. I mentioned I am a Vie Nam vet but 5 percent was the discount . It didn't matter , 5 percent discount was it and that's final . I took the offer and was somewhat disappointed but pleased with Julio's work. .

Very good experience. The plumber Jason maddox was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommended and will use maddox plumbing in the future.

The plumber who came had three tasks, but had big problems with two of them. He was here for a total of four hours and admitted he made mistakes. He had to solder in a new valve for the refrigerator water intake and created a leak there that took him over an hour to fix. Then he replaced another valve in the tub faucet that he lubricated but shouldn't have. As a result we have a steady slow leak in that faucet. He suggested running hot water in the tub/shower for 20 minutes, which I did, but it still leaks. I called Maddox but it will take them 3 days to get another plumber out here to shut off the water and degrease the valve. We've used Maddox for many years always with good results, but this guy seemed to be inexperienced. He was very polite and apologetic.

Everyone I have dealt with at Maddox Plumbing has been efficient, more than helpful, gone that “extra mile” to help me out in a pinch and friendly. Service is excellent.
