I have been having difficulties with my fireplace for a long time and not able to use it. I had Marlo from Maddox come out and investigate. The problem was finally identified and Marlo was able to solve the issue. Thank you to Marlo.

My experience was completely positive. They had a professional and helpful scheduler, offered quick service, and sent a wonderful employee who remembered coming out 2 years prior and solved our problem again with exceptional service. He also offered suggestions for avoiding future problems. The price was fair. I highly recommend and will certainly keep using Maddox.

Demetrio is awesome, professional, and very observant. I value his expertise. The next day Jason figured out that the new Delta faucet has a new configuration for turning on the hot water PLUS there was sediment in the new faucet strainer from the installation the day before. That is what convinced me to ask DEMITRI to schedule a water softener install.

Called for a technician that could troubleshoot our gas fireplace, was able to make an appointment the following day. Lee was very respectful and knowledgeable, did some troubleshooting to diagnose the problem. He will return once the part arrives.

Oct 27 GPS sent service person to unknown location. They decided to reschedule to the next day. That is OK with me. I have always used Maddox and they do good work. I expect this will be the same when they get here.

Oct 28 Today another service person had the same problem. Apparently using Apple map. I asked them to use Google map. Google maps shows the right place. Only about 6 miles away.

JJ arrived and did excellent work with respect to my plumbing needs. Had he not been delayed by bad GPS, he could’ve done more but did not have the time. I have the needed out of the way but would have done more.

I recommend dispatch pull up where they plan to send a plumber and verify when the initial call comes in. Maddox first came here in 2010 had no trouble with several calls between then and now. Something is bad wrong with their GPS.

Same day service. Text and email notifications of appointment time, tech en route and after the service. JJ was a nice guy who worked really hard. Reasonable price for services. I would definitely use Maddox for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

J d's customer service was supreme he was like inviting a friend into my home . So far, everything is working great.
