I called Maddox Plumbing to check out my water heater, which had quit working. Ryan came this morning right on time and diagnosed the problem instantly. I was hoping I wouldn't be buying a new water heater--this one was installed in 2006--but it was just a problem with the pilot. He had it running again and assured me that it was operating normally. I was very happy with the service I received, and Ryan was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maddox Plumbing.

Needed new water heater to replace 20 yr old water heater. I was able to get an appointment to have a Maddox-provided water heater delivered and installed the next day. Julio and his helper provided excellent and efficient service. Very satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend!

Had so many issues with toilet bubbling and since we used Maddox before, I called them Ryan and another gentleman cleared the inside lines and out side and found the issue is with the city in the road. They called the city and advised them of issue. The city is taking over. I am so amazed as Maddox is so wonderful! Good service, Violet at the office was so nice! Ryan and his helper were so nice and kind and so professional! I will always call them. Honest, kind and very nice people. Moving forward, I will always recommend this business! Thank you for helping me!

They moved my gas line to allow for a meter relocate
i requested from the town. They did a great job and were very helpful in communicating with the town.

Maddox Plumbing has been great. They are quick to schedule me and a kind office staff. Julio the technician was efficient, super patient (there was a mixup about the address, he didn't get mad at all) he explained to me what to do and not to do in the future, his work was efficient and effective. In general just a very positive experience.

I recently needed a plumber after hours, and I contacted Maddox Plumbing Inc. (sewage line was plugged up, I found out later).
The plumber arrived within 45 min and fixed the issue within an hour.
Very professional and friendly . . . . After hours are not exactly cheap, but for the timely service and handling of the issue it was worth it!
