Maddox has come through everytime we’ve called and, living in an older house, we’ve had to call often about different issues. They are efficient, friendly, and have knowledgable, cheerful, techs. The office staff is great too. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

He arrived early (and that was a good thing) and finished the work quickly. He was friendly and helped our family get back to our normal routine without any disruption.

JD and Dimitrio came back yesterday, found the leak and fixed it. My only other hope was that they could have fixed the faucets, but that will happen soon.

I would not even give them a star. I asked around town and a bunch of friends warned me about these guys. I still called because they were available sooner than other companies. Trust me- next time I'll wait for another company. What a mess. .. and they did some shaddy stuff with my credit card. Charge .. return money ... charge again. What was that for??

Lee has always been kind and professional at any building I have him at. It is a joy to work with such a well trained staff and efficient company such as Maddox Plumbing!

JD showed up early 👍🏼and got right to work. 2 hours later problem gone! He explained what he was doing the whole time. 👍🏼 Definitely calling back if I have any problems again.
