We had our main water line that carries waste water from the house to the street collapse. Waste water was backing up into the front yard and after using another plumber looked at it we called Maddox to fix it on a recommendation. They came out and looked and originally said nothing was wrong and they raised the clean outs in my front yard. A job that I was quoted $150 for but ended up being charged $238 because he “forgot to factor in the cost of parts.” A few days later water was backing up again so we called them again to come fix it and at that point they told us they’d have to replace the whole line to the street. Of course because of the delay they couldn’t actually get us in to do the job for another week and a half so for that whole time we had to use water sparingly and watch continuous water back up into the front yard. When they quoted the job they said 2000-2500 but the permit they pulled from the city stated the work would cost in the 1500 range. The work they did on the pipe was great and I have no complaints however they completely destroyed my front yard costing another $1000 in landscaping repairs. They told me “well we aren’t landscapers but we’ll do our best” their best was to use a bobcat to dig a 5 ft deep trench by 25 ft long and then use a push broom to put the dirt and my gravel back together. Then when the bill came it was way over the max estimated price and more than double what they pulled the permit for. After several conversations we were able to get the price down to the max they quoted us originally but they had nothing to say about the landscaping or the unprofessional behavior we experienced. I have no problem with the actual plumbing fix they did but everything else was a hassle and I would not recommend.

The office personnel were very attentive and I even got a call back asking for specifics about my issue so they could be sure to send out the right person for the job. Dimitri QUICKLY found a major leak on my property. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I have used Maddox for several years. No matter what the issue was or maintenance or replacing on my A/C, they have always been very professional, and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. I have recommended them to my friends without hesitation. They always treat me with respect, and are very prompt in making an appointment for me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Wow. They scheduled me quickly which I was so thankful for. Ryan, the technician was professional, respectful and quick. He had what a guest of ours had flushed down our toilet out within minutes. It's a highly embarrassing situation and never was made to feel that way. Thank you.

I called Maddox Plumbing, they sent Ben and Julio out 3 hours later to replace water heater. They did a wonderful job; it was faster than expected, were very friendly, and my bill was less than expected! Thank you for your excellent customer service; we will be using Maddox plumbing from now on!
