Great communication with office-- very transparent, friendly and answered all of my questions. Technician was quick and efficient. Water heater install went better than expected. It took some time to find Maddox because I have tried other plumbers-- but now I will use Maddox every time.

My new sinks did not work as the opening in the countertops was too small. Maddox found an excellent company who came out and cut the opening so the sink had a perfect fit. Now the two new sinks are beautiful and look great. Thanks Maddox staff.
