Just a few days ago, my water heater, Whirlpool, of 7 years, started to erupt at the seams and was showing signs of minor leaking. I started the usual calls to local plumbers to obtain estimates, and more importantly to me, to get a “feeling” of how my transaction may go. From all the water heater research I did independently and local plumber reviews I read, I selected Maddox Plumbing. I was first put in touch with Jason over the phone. He was patient with my many questions and calmly answered them all. I called Monday and set up an appointment for Friday of the same week. Jason sent Julio to my home to uninstall and install the new water heater for me. I was so very impressed by the way Julio worked and his knowledge of his job. Once again I barraged him with questions about the install and he very politely and patiently answered them all with a very informed and commanding understanding of his profession. He was a true gentleman and professional, and put me at ease during the rest of the install. Everything went perfectly and is working great. This was my first experience with Maddox Plumbing, and should I ever require help with any other plumbing issues, I will certainly call Maddox and request Julio, if he is available.

First class! Had Ryan install a softener and r/O system. Showed up early, had all the fittings and valves he needed. Done in 3 hrs, broke down my boxes and hauled them off. Left our place clean and answered all my questions.

Maddox is responsible, reliable and does quality work. I recommend them. Call them and see for yourself.

Paid over $300 to fix my my plumbing. The worker said he was tightening a pipe that was not leaking and made the pipe leak. They came back on a call back and charged me when the worker broke it. It was not leaking before he touched it and now I'm out another $124. 😔😢

I called in this morning to report a problem with a clogged up toilet. I was told a plumber would be here between 4 and 5 this afternoon. I was called about 12:30 and told a plumber was available at this time. He came, worked on it and found the problem. It's working great now. Thank you so much! You'll be my go to for plumbing problems from now on! Great job!

Came as soon as possible to resolve my hot water heater issue. Diagnosed and corrected issue within About an hour. Please send me an invoice with notes on what was done to fix so I can submit a warranty claim.

Ryan Hudson performed the installation of our new disposal in a highly professional and efficient fashion. He was also a very pleasant person to deal with. This was our first experience with Maddox Plumbing, but it will certainly not be our last. We will look no further than Maddox for any future plumbing need.
