The serviceman was efficient and answered my questions. However, I would appreciate a detailed invoice for a service that costs over $400. For example, what does the replacement UV filter cost? What do the replacement UV bulbs cost? What does the maintenance itself cost?

Very Professional service. Sent a text before the technician showed up with a picture of him. Diagnosed the problem and talked about costs up front. Asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask or not . Came out to the house the same day I called.
