This was the first time I ever used this business. The service technician seemed very knowledgeable, let me know exactly what he thought was wrong with our system and how he was going to fix it. Our AC is running normally again. I would not hesitate to use air serv or to recommend them to someone else.

AireServ installed the HVAC system in my new house two years ago, with a five year warranty. When a refrigerant leak was recently found, they would not warrant their own labor ie a poor brazing connection on the refrigerant line. They wanted a very high price just to find the leak and who knows how much to do the repair. I therefore used another firm to find the leak and do the repair. It seemed that AireServ would only warrant parts that they could get reimbursed for from the manufacturer. I would have given them zero stars if that was possible.

Contacted these guys after looking at their website, to check out a poorly functioning a/c system. They communicated when they were on the way and arrived exactly on time.
Tech was totally professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, got me going within 30 minutes.
The only downside is the Freon is expensive but that is somewhat market-driven.
Cost was $371 for diagnosing the problem and adding two pounds of Freon. Overall very pleased with the service and the cost wasn’t totally unexpected.
Definitely will continue using these guys for future HVAC needs!
