My technician was Gerardo “Jerry”. He was on time, very professional and did an awesome job to get the AC unit cleaned and running again for summer. He Explained all the parts that needed to be replaced and took pictures to show me.

Anthony, the technician, was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me as to what he was doing and what was needed to fix the problem. Will definitely use Airserve again.

I had made an appointment early Friday for later that evening because The girl on the phone said that’s all they had.

NO ONE SHOWS OR EVEN CALLS ME TO RESCHEDULE!!!

The emergency number only rings to voicemail with no return calls. The least they could have done is call to tell me they weren’t going to make it.

So now I’ll be stuck at home at over 100 degree temperatures all weekend I prefer not to learn bad reviews ever, but really🤡’s THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico is definitely a five-star company. All of the people I worked with, from design through installation to annual maintenance, were highly skilled, efficient and friendly. About two years ago, I upgraded from evaporative to AC and had my old furnace replaced with a new HE unit. In addition to replacing my existing systems, the install required extensive changes to the duct work and air return. Aire Serv workers were extremely knowledgable and worked quickly to get the systems in. Follow-up service has been excellent. I needed some additional duct/intake work that was handled quickly and completely, and annual maintenance visits have addressed some minor concerns with system operation. I could have paid less for a different system from a different company, but I believe I got the best value with Lennox and Air Serv

I want to start by saying thank you for the young gentleman (tech), who was able to take care of the problem. Not only was he professional but he was also informative and very helpful to explain how my unit worked. I will sleep better tonight knowing all is well !!!!!
