Estovon and Yesenia, were very professional. Estovon was able to identify the problem right away in heating/AC vents, that a competitor told me there was nothing else he could do. I called at 7pm when my second floor AC stopped working. I had never used this company and was a brand new client. The technician came straight over and had my unit up and working in less than 15 minutes with a temporary fix. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and what would need further repair at a later date. Thank you for rescuing us from what could have been a very hot uncomfortable night!

We were referred to Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico by KT Homes. After stopping in at Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico's store an appointment was made for them to come to our home and check out our existing units. We knew one had to be replaced. They came out and confirmed what we thought and suggested we replace one and then next year replace the other unit. This way we could get the rebate for both units having them replaced at different times. Weather was beginning to get hotter and we were told that it would be 3 to 4 weeks down the road because of their work load. They came right out in about 10 days and replaced the unit. All the employees who came out to service us were very professional. We are enjoying our cool home. Thank you Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico.

We contacted AireServe to get some maintenance done on our refrigerated unit. I really like that they send you reminder text messages regarding your appointments along with pictures of who will be coming to service your units. I appreciate these reminders from them. Their times they were coming was pretty accurate as well.

My technician, Esteban, took the extra time to clear out the nest that the pigeons had built inside the swamp cooler fan ..which I had left open for a couple of weeks before realizing that I had no idea what I was doing. He patiently explained - and showed to me how the system works (thank you, Esteban!). House is cool, customer is happy!!

Technicians were very friendly and didn’t take long. It didn’t make any difference to us this time but they were almost 30 minutes past appointment time. Overall very satisfied.
