I'm a first time customer. The technician and his partner somehow accidentally broke the attic cover (sheet rock) while working in the attic. They are both denying they broke it.

The bottom line is they should have said something when it happened. It wasn't broken before they arrived and was after they left. It's inexpensive to replace, but that's not the point. It's the trust and integrity of it.

I spoke with the front desk who offered to repair/replace it on the next visit. However, that would be a year from now. I asked if it could be done any sooner. She said no and argued that it was a courtesy to fix it. She said that because both technicians denied breaking the sheet rock, she believes it was already like that and if it was just one technician it would be different. This is very frustrating.

Our AC went out at 9pm when it was over 100 degrees outside. We called Aire Serv and immediately got a response from Ruben. He was at our house by 6:30am and was very thorough and fixed our AC. I would highly recommend AIre Serv.

Esteban was great! After installing our new blower motor, he noticed the unit was louder than it should be. He troubleshooted and fixed the problem! Our AC is working like a charm now!

The Tech was knowledgeable and experienced. He found 2 issues with my unit and replaced our capacitor and is ordering the other part that is not a normally carried part.

Don't bother, they probably can't help. Our 8 year old HVAC roof unit failed during heating season, they came out to diagnose the problem and ordered parts, many months later still not working. Called the office and Nancy gets snarky with me for asking what's the plan. We decided to replace the unit and of course selected another contractor that hopefully will have better customer service.

Excellent service and communication. Answered all my questions and explained things throughly. All the different team members were very professional and friendly. They all did an excellent job. My husband and I love our new HVAC system. Had a great price for cleaning and sealing our ventilation system, as well.

The technician, Jeff Martinez, is a master technician. He did a very thorough inspection of our Lennox heating and cooling systems. He took the time to explain the services he provided and answered every question we had in great detail. He is a standout in his ability as a service technician for Aire Serve. In addition, he is a very nice person, neat in his appearance, and cleans up the worksite when finished. We were highly pleased with his visit and hope we can have him for future maintenance visits.
