The technician was knowledgeable and honest. However, I was disappointed that he was not allowed to fill our a/c with the R-22 refrigerant it required. For EPA reasons this item is being phased out but it can still be used on existing units that use this R-22.

Everyone I talk to you on the phone or dealt with in person was super professional, communicative, and helpful. Smart devices don't come cheap, but they helped me figure out a way to get it done.

We've been having persistent problems with one of our air units. This started years ago and this is the only company that took the time and effort to discover why and then took more time to explain everything to us. In addition to thoroughly checking both units, they gave us a written evaluation and then also checked some of our duct work. They arrived on time and are very pleasant to deal with.
