Very timely, very friendly at scheduling. Edward was nice, very respectful and professional. It only was a minor problem but he was pretty much in and out within twenty minutes. I think it’s great they have a time window of only two hours (8-10), instead of other companies that expect you to stay home 4-6 hours to wait for a mechanic or tech.

During his 1st trip to the house, Michael Alba noticed that the thermostat wasn't working. He could have very easily stuck me with a $1200 bill, but when he returned the thermostat was working. He was professional and honest and didn't charge me what he didn't have to.

I needed a unit to cool my office workplace which so happen to be in my garage. The portable units and fans were simply not up to the task except moving the air around. I called up Aire Serv and asked for recommendations. Clay was the project coordinator and viewed my area and really understood what I was looking for. Let me tell you the mini split system was installed and I couldn't be happier! It is extremely quiet which allows me to conduct my business without any noise interference, but the main job was to cool and does it ever! Wow! If you are looking for a project or maintenance on your A/C unit there is only one place you should go and that's Aire Serv! Thank you! 😊

Micheal is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly repaired my HVAC system and got it cooling the house again. Then checked the system for other issues that would affect the efficiency of the unit. I can't say enough good things about the service I received.

They were on time and very professional. And the price wasn't bad.

It's too expensive for the lack of service provided. I provide my own filters and resources for when they service the heating and cooling system. I pay over $200 every 6 months for the technician to say "looks like everything checks out ok!"
Where is the savings?

I started their biannual service as I was very pleased with their work the first time I used them.

I have an older unit and trying to make it last and be safe to operate. My biggest concern CO leaks.

They do a very good check of the system and their price also includes filters.

The rapid response by my technicians in getting to my house was amazing! The wait time for services these days seems like days out at a minimum. In this Southern NM heat, that can feel like an eternity! I received same day service and the technicians worked very well together. They were knowledgeable and very efficient. I have used Aire Serv in the past and will rely on them in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!
