Called them in the morning, they came out, diagnosed, ordered parts and it was fixed by evening. Sent me an email with photos of what needed to be replaced and the cost to replace them. GREAT COMPANY with professional techs and professional service .Highly recommend Abq Plumbing, Heating, Cooling.

I had a situation where my hot water went out and I called the following Albuquerque plumbing and Heating the next morning and they were able to come out and investigate. I thought it might just have necessitated relighting of the pilot light but alas it was a much more complicated problem that took their skill set to identify. Both technicians, Jonah Tarango and Eric Leyba were amazing. And so was Orlando Apodaca who came by subsequent to their initial work to repair a damaged water line to my Evaporative Cooler. All 3 were so polite and capable. They were able to diagnose and thankfully even though it called for an extra trip and parts were able to fix the problem with my water heater. While they were there they also set up my swamp cooler and flushed my water heater (which I doubt was ever done before) it’s a relatively new boiler (2014) but it was filled with gunk. I was very happy and thankful for their service. I highly recommend!

Needed estimates to replace our 23yr old furnace/AC as furnace was having problems & parts were hard to find. First contractor that came out (not ABQ) started telling me what couldn't be done before he was even at my house & then once he saw my furnace (which was a professionally installed Lennox) it only got more negative from there leaving me feeling that this was going to be a hard thing to do.
Next contractor was Josh from ABQ Plumbing & he was an absolute pleasure, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & saw nothing that couldn't be done. He gave us options & let us know what would be best for our mobile home. We accepted his estimate for a 95% efficiency Bryant furnace/AC which may not have been the cheapest but we wanted quality & quiet.
Install & removal was done a week later, took 2 days & was all done by Peter & Kameron who did quality work, were very conscientious, thorough & took the time to do things right the first time. We had a little problem finding the right solution for the condensation line so it wouldn't freeze & so we didn't hear it but when we all put our heads together & came up with a alternative they happily redid it.
As a retired contractor I feel confident in the work they did & confident that I have found the best for my plumbing or HVAC needs.

Edit: management reached out and took care of everything. Within hours of the review, I was already contacted to make things right. Was blown away by the speed and efficiency of resolution.

Original review: Absolutely worst company I've ever delt with. Got an estimate on a furnace repair. Accepted estimate, was told needed to order motor, after a couple weeks was told needed a different motor. Agreed to waiting for alternate motor to be shipped. Was told item would be in on March 8th. Missed a call on March 4th due to being out of town. But they did leave voicemail reaffirming thatbpart will be in on the 8th and wanted to schedule the service, But called back company on March 8th when I got back. Was told they sent the motor back because they didn't hear from me and thought I no longer wanted it. I advised I still need furnace fixed. Was told they will reorder motor and would be called when it is in to reschedule repair order. Now 3+ weeks and no word. Needless to say I'm never doing business here ever.

Jeff Paisano and Fabeon Mendoza came out to clear my shower drain last Friday. They were on time, professional and got right to work. Once finished they explained everything to me, showed me my shower drain was functioning properly and cleaned up their work area. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

From start to finish each member of their team was professional, they came out quickly when our heat was not working. They installed a completely new heating/cooling system with meticulous care. They answered all our questions and explained all the necessary repairs/replacements. We would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Travis was amazing! Explained everything clearly, very professional, and answered all my questions. He followed up regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately I went with a competitor because they were cheaper and had a deal running I couldn't pass on. I'm a single parent and every bit counts. However in the future if I run into any issues, he'll be the first one I contact for help to review my options. I cannot thank him enough for walking me through what happened and how to protect my family while I worked through this issue.

I’ve had Albq Plumbing do several major jobs on my house and my rentals from 2008 to the present (replacing water pipes, installing new HVAC systems, replacing sewer line, maintenance every spring and fall). They are the best. Travis is my number one HVAC guy. He and Nicholas just did a $33,000 job for me. I recommend them highly.

The water line to the house developed a leak over the weekend. They were able to promptly evaluate the leak on Saturday and schedule a repair for Monday. Freddie and his team did a great job getting it fixed. Everyone that I spoke with at the company was extremely friendly and professional.
