Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

This company is exceptional! I had an issue getting a competitor out here for over a week. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came out today with no prior appointment and fixed the issue within an hour. Their price was very reasonable, and I will welcome them back to maintain my heating and cooling in the future!

Robert was extremely courteous. He explained everything he was doing and why. Overall what he did with my sewer line by snaking it out saved me thousands of dollars that I thought I was going to have to spend to replace the line in the street. I can't say enough good about this company - why the "other" companies couldn't go the extra steps to do what these guys did. WOW!! He was very patient with my questions - and I had many after what I had been through with the previous companies.

Don’t waste your money with this place.

We had a water main break recently. I called to get on the schedule knowing it would take a few days. In the meantime, I began digging to locate the pipes.

Once we found it, we explained the situation and materials involved. We initially thought our pipes were galvanized steel but discovered they were replaced two years ago with PVC.

Orlando kept the same quote that was given to us that included running a whole new pipe through the old one. That service never happened and he charged us nearly $700 for a PVC repair.

At the time, we just wanted our water turned back on after not having any for a week so we just ended up paying the full amount.

What a waste of money for something we could have done ourselves when all we needed was some help and guidance, which we would have happily paid for, but that was a slimy transaction.

It’s tough to find reliable, fairly priced service on a Sunday morning. Vicente from Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling came out and was able to quickly diagnose the leak over my water heater. He gave a very reasonable estimate and quickly performed the work. Vicente was friendly, professional and efficient. The work comes with a 1 year guarantee on what was done. I would call again if I need other work in the future.

We had no usable toilets on a Sunday morning and Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out within 2 hours of my call to get the job done! Shout out to Jeffrey he was knowledgeable,courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using you all again when/if the need arises.

I love Albuquerque Plumbing!!!! It was a great experience to have someone happy on the phone making my appointment. Listening and then asking all the right questions making sure she understood my needs. THE NEXT DAY, which is today, they showed up ahead of schedule, waited patiently for me to arrive. Very knowledgable with great communication skills. They left and within 30 minutes I had a quote in my email, ready to schedule the work to be done. I am now going to tell everyone I know to call Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Customer service is everything.

We were given a four hour window for swamp cooler maintenance at two separate homes. One truck and tech arrived for each house at the same time, and early! Jerry and Tyler were quick and efficient. They shut down the furnaces and got the coolers up and running. They were so kind to the old ladies who live there! They were patient and answered all of their questions. I’m so glad that Heather S. recommended this company! Worth every penny.
We also just had Pam and Justin over to repair our swamp cooler. They were quick and efficient, professional but kind. I truly appreciated their assistance today. Pam had quotes for two different future replacement of our swamp cooler because of its sad state. When we are able to do so, we will give Pam a call!

Best service company in ABQ! On time, courteous, professional and concise. Every step of the way, from the inspection of the system, diagnostics, to the repair. Every step was clearly explained, and pictures of the faulty parts were provided. No games getting the appointment set up either. From start to finish, easy breezy!

I want to like and recommend this company, but I currently cannot. The technicians were very professional and identified my AC problems, working diligently to refill my coolant and replace a capacitor. The price was steep: $1400, but I happily paid it to have cool air again as the temps have been reaching triple digits. Unfortunately, two days later my AC stopped working again. I left a message on the Angi app as well as a voicemail, in addition to other efforts to contact them. It's been almost two weeks now, and I have not heard back. I understand the July 4th holiday, but I hope they don't take that whole week off as it is the hottest time of the year here. Hopefully they will follow through and I can update my review.

Greg came to our home to help us with a sewage backup. He did an absolute fantastic job. We appreciated him so much for coming out at almost midnight on a holiday weekend. He was very professional & courteous. We would highly recommend him! He was a life saver!!
