Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

After using several other HVAC/Plumbing companies here in town over the years, I've stuck with Abq PHC for the last few years. They work the hardest in keeping scheduling, dispatch, technicians and billing in sync. On occasion we have had some confusion and even some accidental over-charges and every time they work with me to figure out what's "fair". They are professional and are always striving to make their customer experience as great as possible but without charging us an arm & leg.

Despite being quite busy they managed to get to us sooner than expected. Pam quickly found and fixed the problem, taking less time then she originally quoted and cleaned up completely afterwards. We're very pleased with the service.

No surprise the furnace motor went out in the dead of winter. I must admit they were not my first choice, but other companies were days out. I give Erik Lebya 10 stars for doing an excellent job, and making sure our old furnace was perfectly safe
to use before he left.
I also give the gentleman I spoke to making the appointment for being so nice, honest, and up front with me, he gets high marks also.
It was little expensive but they came right out, and I know I got a good motor. The very old furnace is runnng great now.

I requested a quote to convert my swamp cooler to refrigerated air. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and provided a quote the next day for a simple conversion (most places will take weeks to provide a quote, so I give this company a plus for a day turnaround for a quote). However, the quote was $10K above other quotes for the same service. Do your research before.

Beware when hiring this company

Called to have them come out to service our AC unit before turning it on for the season. After a bit of the technician being here, it became clear that he was performing some sort of assessment rather than routine servicing. My husband and I spoke with him about what we had actually called to get set up, and he directed us to his supervisor Nathan. Spoke with the supervisor about this miscommunication and how we felt misled and still have not had the service we actually wanted performed. Nathan told us the scheduling department had made an error but that there is nothing he can do and they “don’t offer discounts”. We weren’t asking for a discount, just to have the correct service performed!

They charged us $150, to tell us that they want us to hire them for an additional $2500 service!
Very sketchy business practice in my opinion, definitely beware if you choose to go with this company. They will not own up to mistakes or have any desire to work with you on a solution. Disappointing to see this behavior in our community.

Jeffrey Paisano came right on time. He was courteous, professional, and most importantly got the job done and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thanks Jeff !

What an awesome company! Called first thing this morning to see if I could get someone out to find a water leak between the water meter and house. By 9:00am Peter Chavez and Chico Miranda were here and within the hour found the leak and had scheduled appointment to have it fixed between 1pm and 3 pm today. Joseph Walker and another technician were here by 1 pm. By 4 pm they were done and I had running water again. I can't say enough about the very professional team that Albuquerque Plumbing has. Awesome Job!!! Thanks again!

Pam came out to replace parts and check on our swamp cooler cause it was making a noise. After inspection, she was able to not only save us money, she found things that were wrong when the other company had installed the unit (hence the noise). We are no longer using that company and are so glad to have found Pam at Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating.

A great experience overall. Trenton was communicative, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Brian and James were great. They were very helpful and easy to work with. I'm looking forward to working with both of them going forward on our repairs.
