Professional and got the job done quickly! Also, very responsive and provided many updates. I will definitely call again the next time I need service for my air conditioning.

I was having issues with my washer backing up in my sink. Albuquerque plumbing scheduled an appointment for the next day and the technician arrived as scheduled and went straight to work. Gregory was able to clear the line and did a great job cleaning up when he was done.

Nicholas was great! Very professional, on time and great work. I’ve used Albuquerque Plumbing ever since I moved to New Mexico and I really like that they don’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need. Great company and great service.

“Disappointing!” I called Albuquerque Plumbing based on their write up on their website about honesty and consistency to their customers.
We had what looked like a leak so we called Albuquerque Plumbing and they sent out a plumber. The plumber checked our water meter and told us we did not have a leak and left. We were charged a $70 fee for them to come out. No problem we paid the fee. As it turned out we did have a leak. Okay…so we called Albuquerque Plumbing again and asked them to come back out again to fix the leak. We were told by the woman on the phone that they were going to charge us another $70 for them to come back out again plus the cost to fix the leak. I protested paying another $70 because if they had not misdiagnose the problem the first time we would not be calling for them to come back a second time. The woman on the phone would not budge and insisted they were still going to charge us another $70 for them to come back. I’m sorry but that is not fair nor is it honest! Again Albuquerque Plumbing turned out to be Disappointing!! We will not call them again for our plumbing needs nor will we recommend them!

Our experience with Mr. Johnny Rozzi was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, he listened to us patiently. The communication with your company was awesome!! This was the first time that we used your plumbing services and will do so again!!!
I googled and found your company, that can be risky!! We were totally satisfied!!
I called another company and they would deduct the dispatch fee if they did the work. I wish that you would do that as well? But the availability with your company was better!! :o)

I've used Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for years! They are fast, courteous and have very skilled technicians! They have done alot of different jobs for me over the years from repairs to installations and they have always done a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Pete and Chino arrived within a half hour of me calling ABQ Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling to remove and replace a broken shower cartridge that was stuck. Within an hour of arrival, the job was completed and the shower was functioning again! So pleased I called and grateful for the prompt service when I realized I couldn’t do it myself (and had to keep the water off to the house until the repair was complete due to my failed attempt).

They were both very professional and told us we could get the pot chlo ourselves and have the guys put it in the trunk and they would take it out for us. We really appreciated that. And that is why we use Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
