I have an aging rooftop swamp cooler and when it finally went beyond my DIY skills, I relented and called these folks. And they did not disappoint! Michael was a delight, very knowledgeable and willing to explain his findings, and upfront about the things that aren't feasible to repair at this point. When we retire the old beast up there, we'll give you a call, but hopefully you've given it a bit more life.

Review updated: I was initially very upset because I was overcharged on a job. However, Mike reached out to me directly and it turns out it was a training issue. He was able to correct the billing issue and I really appreciate him doing that and I'm very happy with the resolution. Made me feel much better about the whole issue. I do want to note that the technicians and all the staff have been very nice and professional, my issues had nothing to do with them at all. Overall, I'm now very satisfied with my service and the price has been corrected to be very fair. Thanks Mike, for taking the initiative on this issue with me.

We had two AC units and a furnace installed in the spring of 2021. The installation was performed by two very young , but nice technicians. Unfortunately we have had 3 issues since the installation. The issues while under the first year of warranty were addressed rather quickly. However the plaster repair for water damage and rerouting wiring was never repaired. I ended up repairing it myself. Recently our upstairs a/c unit stopped functioning. Since then we have had at least four different attempts , over 4 weeks without an identifiable cause. Finally the supervisor came out. He informed us that it is well known that the batch of Amana units which we have are known to be defective.
It seems like the initial technicians should have known about this but instead performed multiple unnecessary expensive tests. So far we have rearranged our schedules numerous times in order for one of us to be home when a technician comes out. So far they have canceled on us at the last minute a couple times. this company has a wonderful reputation, which is why we chose to trust them. So Going into the 3rd summer with a “relatively brand new” system, I’m quite disappointed to report that it’s not working.

Justin was simply awesome performing the HVAC maintenance that I scheduled. He was very professional, explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for every step of the process which I greatly appreciated!

the tech, Robert, called in advance to confirm, showed up at the time window discussed with their appt. person in the AM, same day,
did the job quickly and cleanly. had the issue resolved, I tested it out, and it worked fine.

I would definitely use them again. They were on time and super helpful. I thought the pricing was in alignment with what others would charge. Thank you for assisting in keeping my house cool.

My central evaporative and a water heater died the same week! Pam at Alb Plumbing took the time to do 4 different quotes, so I had all the options. She also ran over at the last minute to drain the water heater so it would stop leaking while I sifted through the $ options. Pam and Justin knocked both out in almost exactly 8 hours just like they said they would, too. They are knowledgeable, commucative, and friendly!
