Absolutely loved these guys! They picked up my call; I did not have to leave a message! They got me scheduled right away! They were on time to my house! Replaced the glow stick to my heater right then and there; NEVER heard the words...”I need to go pick this up”. They called later the same day to make sure I was happy! These guys are #1!!! Thank you again, great service!

First time using Air care. The office kept us updated on the appointment and helped us reschedule quickly. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable in what was wrong and why my AC wasn’t working properly in heat. Will definitely use them again.

They installed a new evaporative cooler for us. They were polite and professional. Best contractor experience we have ever had in our area. Over the years we have had various things done to our home and no one even comes close to how well they did. I will never call any other heating/cooling company again. My house could be flooding or on fire and I would wait for Air Care New Mexico to show up before I called someone else.

Scott is incredibly knowledgeable, straight-forward, patient and nice. He was willing to talk on the phone with me about my concerns, at length, before even visiting our house, and saved us proceeding with a needless, costly repair another HVAC company had suggested. 10/10 all the way for both Scott and Kayla. Would not consider another HVAC company after Air Care New Mexico.

Capacitor went out on our central AC unit, they came on a Sunday, repaired it, let us know about some maintenance we needed to do on inside, warned us it's 25 years old and needs to be replaced soon and to probably budget for that. Also warned me that a web we had outside was black widow. Friendly and efficient the whole way through.

I am very happy with the worker, Johnathan, that came to fix my A/C. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix and explain the details of the job. He left the area clean and delivered the bill the same day. I would definitely recommend Air Care NM to anyone who needs service to their heating and A/C units. I would definitely use them again.
