Jonathan was our technician and he is a young man but so knowledgeable and polite!! You cannot go wrong here! Kayla and Scott can and will help!

2022 - Round 2 with Air Care New Mexico! What can I say other than I will remain a loyal customer! I had an issue with our Carrier AC/Furnace unit making a loud grinding/rattling sound once the AC kicked on. I called in for help on a Thursday and they were able to squeeze me in the next day! Not only did the Air Care technician thoroughly diagnose my issue, they were able to resolve it same day! Timing is never right when HVAC issues pop-up, but I'm sure glad Air Care New Mexico is here to serve NM residents. Thank you Scott, Kayla, and your highly competent, and dedicated team!

2020 - Air Care New Mexico, what can I say, just knowing they are saved as a contact in my phone keeps my mind at ease when I have an issue. Not only are they 100% professional, they are 100% honest. They don’t look for the most expensive option just to make an extra buck, they look to solve the problem even if that means they don’t replace an old unit with something brand new! I will ONLY call Air Care New Mexico when I have a problem with anything related to heat and cooling! I TRUST what Scott and his team have to say; if they say something needs to be replaced that’s because they’ve exhausted all other options. Scott from Air Care NM is amazing!! We moved here from AZ, where you rarely need a heater. When we first moved in, Scott came to our home and serviced our furnace, made sure everything was in working order, and got us up and running for the winter. He is polite, friendly, and knowledgable. Being that it is now May, my husband turned off our furnace for the Spring/Summer season. The NM weather surprised us (again) and temps dropped and it snowed. Our home was freezing and we could not get the furnace lit. We called Scott after his business hours, and he came right out to our home within an hour of speaking to him. He got our furnace lit and we now have heat again!! We initially thought something was broken, and he even went and had picked up the part he needed, but thankfully it wasn't broken. Affordable, efficient, timely and professional!! Nothing but 5 Stars every time!! Thanks Scott!!!

I highly recommend Air Care New Mexico. After suffering for three summers with an undersized unit in my condo, I decided it was time for an upgrade. From start to finish, Frank and his team did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump. Unlike many of their competitors, Air Care New Mexico won't sell you more than you need and they charge fair prices that won't break the bank.

I really appreciate the technician John because he thoroughly went through the unit and found the broken part, and help me to order the parts by calling the manufacturer- US Stoves and spoke with the lady at the manufacturer. Thank you so much.
