Air Care New Mexico

I came home late Friday night to a hot house. I called Air Care NM at 11:00 PM on Friday night and they came out at 10:30 Saturday morning! Within an hour, they had my house cooling down.

Jonathan showed up on time, very personable and knowledgeable. The house starting cooling off within 20 minutes. So far working very well and I will use them again great experience

I've been sweating. The world is crazy and my house is hot. Even my dogs have been hot. I called Air Care New Mexico for help. You know what i didn't get? No time wasted, No hassle. No sales pitch. But there was great service. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, his truck was clean, he was good with my dogs, and he helped us get our home comfortable again. These guys are the real deal, honest and awesome. They should be called AMAZING Care in New Mexico.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the hottest time. We knew we could call and count on Scott and his crew to have our AC running quickly. As luck would have it we needed a whole new unit but it seemed quick even amongst the shortage of materials. We appreciate Air Care and their quality staff and work.

Had this heating system installed at the end of winter last year and it didn't work properly - many different errors and error lights flashing at all times, having me to sit by it to reset and restart it until it started working - sometimes for a few hours and sometimes for a few days. The installer came out and worked on it and declared it fixed -it wasn't. Had several different "furnace" people come and look at it - some said it was fixed, and some said they didn't know what was wrong!!!
Finally found Scott from Air Care NM who made an appointment with me, came out, and had my heater fixed in less than an hour. Excellent person, excellent work and an excellent price. Would recommend Scott and Air Care Nm as the best there is in heating system repair.

Scott, the owner, and a two man crew cane to the house and installed 2 furnaces and 2 rooftop coolers in 10 hours. WOW!!!!
This company is awesome. They worked with astonishing precision, safety consciousness and great housekeeping. They even hauled away all the debris.
I was extremely impressed with his troubleshooting of the furnaces the week before and the fair and honest estimate to complete the project.
