Employee was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was also very nice.

Ordered part needed to fix AC, kept me informed on arrival of the part and quickly scheduled the appointment to replace.

Furnace stopped working last night. Called Air Care and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. Technician showed earlier than scheduled appointment. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Went to get the part and installed it. Everything worked great. Very professional. Happy I called Air Care.

We were advised of an issue with a propane leak in our furnace after an inspection for the sale of our home. We contacted Air Care and they were able to send someone to check it that day and were able to fix it the next day. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Thank you Air Care for all you did for us. (The gentleman who did the work is a manager but I cannot remember his name, sorry about that.)

The service and professionalism from these folks is fantastic! I will not call anyone else moving forward. Tech was super nice and knowledgeable! Very professional. Being single, repairs cause me a lot of stress about unwarranted charges. Thankfully these guys are honest and made a simple repair quickly. They charge a fair price and it's warm in my house again. Thank you for taking care of me!!!

The technition they sent was awsome. He showed pictures of the work performed and described it in detail and asked many times if I had questions. He also cleaned up previous work. Great!
