Scott, Kayla, Frank, and Stephen were all wonderful to work with. Everyone was very nice and professional. They replaced my furnace and swamp cooler with a new furnace and condenser system. They were thorough and clean. Best folks I've ever worked with. I highly recommend this company!

Incredible service, within hours of my call. Very reasonable on cost, these guys are the AC wizards, never tried to upsell me. They just came in and fixed it. We had an unrelated problem a week later, the owner came out, didn't charge me and taught me how to fix that problem on my own if it comes up again. Experts and great human beings!

I really appreciate this company and the personal care they showed. They were very patient and understanding of my ignorance and clearly explained their answers to my barrage of questions. They didn't leave until they were certain I knew everything I needed to know for safe and economical operation of my unit. When I finally had a problem with a defective thermostat, a technician was in my driveway within an hour of my call. More businesses should have this level of integrity! Scott and his team have renewed my faith in humanity!

AirCare was amazing. A real person answered my call and scheduled my appointment for the next morning. The technician showed up on time and was extremely helpful. He explained step by step what he was doing and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Scott and his crew did a great job installing a furnace, repairing the A/C system and reworking a very scary mechanical closet. Kayla is always so helpful and very prompt with responses. Johnathan worked wonders fitting a system into a small space and configuring the system to work the way it should, very professional service. I highly recommend Air Care NM !
