I live in the Albuquerque High Lofts and I had work done on my HVAC unit. They assessed that the unit needed a new compressor. Scott and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They came and fixed my problem on time, and offer a very fair price. I highly recommend using them. I will be using them in the future.

I called Air Care New Mexico when I woke up on a Saturday morning and found that my furnace had discontinued to work and it was 52 degrees in the house. Even though it was a weekend day, from the time that I called it only took 30 minutes for an on-call technician to show up. He swiftly diagnosed the problem (a shorted out igniter), called a supply warehouse which (which was also closed but told him they'd meet him there and open up the warehouse to give him the part), came back and within minutes my furnace was back operable. The woman on the phone and the technician were both very friendly. Big thumbs up!

Very professional and personable! Everything explained, no surprise fees! This was my second time to use them, and they never disappoint! They were able to get my 38 year old evaporative cooler up and running!
