Got a lot of issues taken care of with hot water heater that no other company was able to figure out, including the company who installed it 3 years ago. So happy with service! Steven was very nice and knowledgeable. TY

Extremely responsive, worked us in to get us heat, when system was down, and the temperature out was in the 20’s. They had heat running in about 35 minutes!
Also had a quote for upgrading to a heat/air unit. The owner Scott, came out and discussed everything with us, and we expect it to be installed on Friday. He is professional, knowledgeable, concerned about our situation, and very kind & friendly. I am grateful we found them!

Scott, the owner, was honest, thorough and a pleasure to talk to when he came out to look at my HVAC unit. Instead of trying to make more money by selling me a new unit, he laid out a course of maintenance that will allow me to get more use out of the unit I have. Kayla at the office was very helpful and on top of her game when it came to scheduling the work. Jonathon was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, polite and friendly when he came to complete the work. I would definitely recommend Air Care New Mexico for all heating and cooling needs.

Several other companies told me their next appointment was weeks away, but Air Care got me in within two days. Jose did a truly fantastic job with getting my swamp cooler up and running. It wasn’t working well at the end of last year, and I suspected mineral build up. He cleaned every single piece, checked it all over, and even fixed a problem with my fireplace cover that he noticed. He took before and after photos, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and let me know of some items that needed maintenance that we could do going forward. He also went above and beyond in turning off my heater. They charge by the hour, and the price was extremely fair, especially given the amount of work that was needed. We will definitely be using this company going forward!

Called to let me know they were running EARLY! - They fixed some copper lines that another company installed incorrectly and installed a new check valve and a couple of ball valves. Cleaned up after themselves- the tech was friendly and respectful - I would highly recommend!

Our home has a chilled water refrigeration system (not an evaporative cooler) that is more often found in a commercial setting. I have found few professionals that are knowledgeable about, and comfortable with, this type of residential system. Scott is knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and responsive.

I had my swamp cooler turned on for the summer. When he left everything seemed to be working just fine. However, after the pan was filled up with water and the pump started working the float was not adjusted to allow more water into the pan. So the pump ran for several cycles recirculating the water until the pan was dry. So I ended up with dry pads and warm air. In the evening the air was cooler and I kept thinking that maybe it was working after all. Normally when this happens it’s usually the pump so I put in a new pump and still no water. That’s when I realized he hadn’t adjusted the float. I know now I should have checked that first, but, I’m not the expert here. I also checked all of the hoses on the spider and noticed that one of them is just a trickle of water. To pay over $400 and not have him check the float is very disappointing. Also, when I scheduled the job I told them the size of my pads and yet he still had to make a special trip to go and buy them.
