Campbell Comfort Systems

This company was recommended to me by my brother. The service performed was routine maintenance of A/C and furnace. The technician identified a gas leak and proposed a "scheduled" repair, but left the home with the gas still leaking from the pipe into my basement, because they were unsure if they had the part to stop the gas leak. We contacted the gas company to turn off the gas to the house as this was a potential safety hazard. The correct and safe procedure, from Campbell, should have been to turn off the gas, unhook the line to the furnace, cap off the line going to the furnace and then check to see if the part was available. I contacted Campbell Comfort System on Sunday (where I was told I am a "Gold Member") requesting to know when the technician would return. I did not receive a return call, so I called on Monday morning and was told they had to check to see if they had the part and to check the availability of the technician. By Monday afternoon due to no response, I secured the service of another company who came out early Tuesday morning with the part, performed the repair and signed the slip for South Jersey Gas acknowledging that the work was complete. The cost of the repair from my "new" HVAC Company was less than half of the quoted price from Campbell. The repair was complete and the gas turned on in less than 30 minutes. I was a Gold Member with Campbell Comfort Systems who receive subpar service. The safety of my family is my number one priority, and one would think it would be Campbell Comfort Systems priority as well.

Our experience with Campbell Comfort Systems was outstanding. Our technician Jake went out of his was to try and repair our system and when it was concluded that we would need a new one, he took the time to explain to us our options and pick the best one for our needs. The technician who installed our new system was wonderful and did a great job. Everyone at Campbell Comfort is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They go out of their way to ensure you get exceptional service. I highly recommend Campbell Comfort Systems and will be using them again for all my HVAC needs.

The technician Mike P was on time, professional, followed the current guidelines for safety, knowledgable, answered all of my questions and was people oriented during our diagnostic visit. Later that night we discussed our options and decided to go with Campbell Comfort Systems for our new HVAC unit. From the office staff to the technician, who took our late call to answer more questions and superb customer service, we have been very satisfied customers. I am sure our install will be just as pleasant of an experience!!!

Mike was above and beyond my expectations. He came to my house twice in the same day! The first time to diagnose the issue and, later the same day, returned to perform the repairs necessary to keep my family cool in this heat wave. Great service and dedication to customers. Jacob was professional, introduced himself and informed me what he would be doing.
He covered his shoes, I really appreciated that because of new carpeting installed today.

Campbell Comfort Systems and their wonderful, professional technicians have been there when we needed them, time and time again. They are always polite, courteous, straightforward, and have no issues taking the time to explain things to make sure everyone understands what is going on and is on the same page.

Campbell Comfort Systems is an excellent company! I called in and they sent out a technician named Mike the morning after. He was on time, professional and fixed all of our issues in a couple hours. He even wore boot covers in the house to prevent tracking in dirt. I will be calling Campbell Comfort Systems again!

Took advantage of their A/C system check. Know my A/C is on the old side and had them check to see if still working properly. Thoroughly checked inside and out. Let me know of the current status and potential issues in the future without a pressuring sales pitch

Called company they actually answered the phone. Had a technician come out the same day. They provided a text with a picture of the technician. Mike was great. He explained everything that needed to be repaired. Provided all of the options. He was completely professional. He was honest about all options including other offers on the same job. He was honest that they weren't the cheapest company but the product and quality is the best.

EDITED TO ADD: When I posted this, the company was Campbell Comfort Systems. It has since been bought out by Hutchinson. I have no idea how Hutchinson conducts business. This is not an endorsement of Hutchinson, but of a company that no longer exists.
Tech was professional and friendly, explaining what services he performed – even did some extra research on the brand of system he was unfamiliar with to explain things to me.
