Campbell Comfort Systems

Campbell Cormfort Systems installed my heating and ac system. They are good with contacting me and scheduling me for heater and aac maintenance every season. The technicians have all been professional and courteous. I would recommend their services.

We can't say enough nice things about Campbell Comfort Systems which we have been using for years and will continue doing so. Today, we had heating maintenance/flame sensor installed by Mike Price and Damian and we were very pleased. Campbells Comfort is always a pleasure to deal with and their technicians are awesome, not to mention so polite and personable. I would highly recommend this company for your AC, Heating or plumbing needs. Thanks Campbell Comfort Systems for always doing such a fabulous job!

As a first-time homeowner I rely a lot on research and reviews to find reliable vendors. I researched a number of HVAC companies and out of the few I contacted, Campbell's was the nicest, the most efficient and the most respectful of my time. They also asked questions and didn't try to upsell or pressure me. I received a confirmation text and phone call ahead of my appointment and a picture of the tech. The tech, Norm S., was fantastic. He was mindful of Covid protocol, started by asking me questions and was so respectful of me and my home. He kept me updated on what he was doing and gave me repair options. I knew a little bit about my units from the home inspection and everything Norm said lined up with the home inspection. It is appropriate that the company name includes "comfort" because all I've experienced with the staff is comfort/peace of mind.

Excellent company with all around amazing customer service! We were not customers and needed a new HVAC system. It was installed within days. The tech was available for questions prior to purchase well after normal business hours.

There were two installs scheduled for the day and the owner himself was present to assist with ours. Many companies that are bigger can have owners that are handsoff.

All of the techs present on install day were extremely clean, professional and respectful of our home! They were very pleasant and understanding of our children wanting to watch and ask questions.

The install took longer than initially expected due to damaged product upon opening. At no time did they ever appear annoyed or rushed and took ample time in the end to explain the operation of the system to us.

This is a top of the line company with amazing all around service. They came highly recommended and now we understand why! More companies should arrive to be like Campbell Comfort System!

Robert from Campbell Comfort Systems came to my home to replace the anti scale filter on my tankless water heater. He explained what he was going to do, how he did it and what it does. Robert was very nice, professional and didn’t care that my dogs were barking 😊. Campbell Comfort Systems will always be my go to for all things HVAC and plumbing.

Update 6/21/21: Today I had a service check on both my both my units. Craig was my technician and I have to say he was AWESOME!!! He checked my units went over everything with me in a manner that was easy to understand. Most of all I appreciated his honesty. He was great and extremely knowledgeable of my units and what may need to be done in the future. When making future appointments with Campbell Comfort Systems I will definitely be asking for him to be my technician. He shared that he has been with Campbell Comfort Systems since January 2021, but has been in this field for years, and all I have to say is whoever does the hiring at Campbell Comfort made an excellent choice in hiring him.

4/30/21: Mike came out and worked on my AC unit and did an AMAZING job as always!!

12/18/20 Update: I had Campbell Comfort Systems come to do a check up on my heating system and I am so glad that I did, because I had a leak. Brian Vogt and Mike Prince came to my house and check out my system and explained the issue. They were able to order the needed part and Brian came back a few days later to install the part to stop the leak. Brian did an amazing job fixing my heating system. Mike and Brian are both excellent technicians! I would highly recommend Campbell Comfort Systems. I have used Campbell Comfort System for all my AC and heating needs and I don't plan to go anywhere else. You guys have a customer for life!

I would highly recommend Campbell Comfort Systems. This is my second time using Campbell Comfort Systems and I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided!! My AC unit stopped working last night and I couldn't figure out why. I called Campbell Comfort Systems first thing in the morning and spoke to a female staff person (I believe her name was Lisa) who was very nice and helpful and said that I would be receiving a call when a technician was available. No more than 10 minutes later I get a call that said my technician would be at my house within 30 minutes. The technician I had was Mike Prince and he was extremely friendly and helpful. When Mike arrived he was respectful of my home by not only entering with shoe booties but also had a mask on. Mike looked at my unit thoroughly and went over his assessment with me (electrical issues.) Mike was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. Mike completed the work needed in a very timely manner and now my unit is working beautifully! While Mike was here I signed up for the Campbell Comfort Systems membership which not only helped me to save on the price of the completed work but any future work as well. It also includes maintenance check ups twice a year to prevent any further issues. I will definitely be choosing Campbell Comfort Systems for ALL my HVAC needs! The entire company is amazing, from the office personnel, to the dispatcher, to the technicians...simply AMAZING!! Thank you again Mike Prince! You helped to keep me and my family cool on what the weather channel predicts will be days of heat and humidity...I cannot thank you enough!

Had Campbell Comfort come out for the annual service on both of my A/C units. They had done the annual service on my Heating system back in October. As usual, they were prompt and arrived at the beginning of their service window, were professional with how they treated me and my family and our home. Great family owned business!!!

Brian was awesome! Very professional and courteous.
Had our problem fixed immediately and saved us from not having heat during this brutal weather. Cannot thank Brian enough - highly recommend his service!
