I'm so glad I called & got Campbell Comfort Systems to service our heater.The price was very good & the fact that it's a privately owned company means a lot to us. From the moment I called & set up the appointment with the woman who answered to the time the person who serviced our heater, Jake, left I was very happy. He showed up on time, was very informative, helpful & didn't rush when I had questions. I'm extremely pleased to have a service that I can call now. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Everyone made our recent experience using Campbell Comfort Systems great and happy we use them as our primary service company for our home heating and cooling systems. From Deanna in the office to our installers Matt & Ryan everyone was professional, caring and took the time to answer all our questions during each phase of our installation. Bill was also a pleasure to work with and accessible to answer our questions whenever we had any. Definitely recommend everyone at the company.

Chuck, Steve, and Dennis did an outstanding job installing my new Lennox (High Efficiency) HVAC system and a Bradford White Water Heater at my home in one day. They all were very friendly, and respectful while following COVID-19 guidelines completely. Chuck explained the whole process of replacing my old system before the job started and worked continuously until the job was done with the new system running at the end of the day. They even answered questions for me throughout process without hesitation. Chuck did and excellent job putting me at ease, with this installation, since this was a major investment other than the purchase of this home as a New Construction property with "Ryan Homes" 17 years ago. Finally, the deal was closed with a competitive price,10 years Total Parts and Labor Warranty, and financing at 0% interest for 72 months.

Every 6 months, we are visited by Campbell Comfort Systems for maintenance and have had our heating and air conditioning both replaced since moving here 10+ years ago. Today – as with past visits from Chuck, Norm S., Mike P., Matt S., and others – Brian V. was on time, informative, thorough, prepared, and terrific overall. We have been most pleased with Campbell Comfort Systems.

Bill Campbell was a pleasure to business with. Matt and his crew did an awesome job on a new AC install with new ductwork in my 100+ year old colonial house. Very impressed. Mike Price just spent 4hrs in my cold garage fixing my furnace. He refused to leave and come back the next day even though it was past 7pm. He perceived till he fixed the problem. Professional n courteous, explained to me the problem n the few different options to fix it. Glad I called Campbell HVAC. Wouldn't hesitate to use
again. He truly wanted to fix my 10yr old furnace n not just try n sell me a new one.

The tech , whose name was Norm, arrived on time and was even a little early which was nice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took his time to explain what he was doing. He wore foot coverings and cleaned up after he was done. Would highly recommend Campbell Comfort Systems.
