Campbell Comfort Systems

Campbell installed our new HVAC system and we were extremely pleased with how knowledgeable and efficient they were. Our first contact was their sales associate, Phil who thoroughly explained the Lennox HVAC systems and the ones he recommended for our home. We were pleased to know there is a 10 year parts and labor warranty in our new system too! The three technicians who installed the system were absolutely wonderful to work with and were very respectful wearing masks all the time while working and protecting our floors with drop cloths while coming in and out of our home. Everyone from the office staff too was a pleasure to work with and we can rest assured to be cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter with our new Lennox HVAC system installed by Campbell Comfort Systems, they were one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. So happy we chose them.

October 20th
Brian arrived promptly this morning to dio our Fall/Winter maintenance and replace the filter in our heating system. He was extremely professional and friendly and respectful of our home and he completed the job in a timely way. We continue to be very pleased with Campbell Comfort Systems and their wonderful staff. A HUGE Thank You to Brian!! 😊

We had a preliminary visit from this company and were very pleased with the analysis of our situation. Our house is quite old and posed some issues which appear to have been resolved by some creative thinking. So far so good.

We recently had an issue with one of our split heads, Mike Price came and figured out the issue quickly even though it was not a common one. He left us for instructions on manual control pending full repair. Very satisfied.

I'll continue to amend this as I use their services. Norm arrived to take care of our heating system PM for the season. Both he and the other gent (I am bad with names!) were amicable and transparent about the tasks they were performing, and took the time to answer any questions I had. They offered some system additions and upgrades with absolutely no pressure to buy into anything new, while explaining the benefits of each option. They also complimented my cats, which has nothing to do with the service, but is worth listing anyway.. I will 100% continue to use Campbell Comfort Systems as my HVAC service provider.

Dispatch had us on the schedule within 48 hours for a standard system check. The technician, Mike, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. HVAC system was running noticeably better after a cleaning and recharge. Will definitely be utilizing their service in the future.

Campbells installed two new furnaces and air conditioner units in our duplex. They also improved some of our duct work. The team was on time, professional and skilled. They communicated with me throughout and did an amazing job, the very next day from us signing the contract. They left our house clean and neat and were trustworthy. I'm glad to have found them! And, they were much cheaper for the same equipment than the huge HVAC companies out there. I feel like i know them now and will trust them with our HVAC needs in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get a technician out to service our a/c unit. Same day! Chris was knowledgeable and very personable. He explained in detail what was going on and what he would need to do to remedy the problem. I was hesitant at first when calling their company simply because unfortunately so many companies out there are just looking to make money and don't care about the customer. I am so glad I decided to go with Campbell for our equipment issues. They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. Chris did a fantastic job and deserves to be acknowledged!

Brian and Joe were very knowledgeable and helpful when fixing our AC unit. We were happy to find someone able to come out 4th of July weekend and were also very impressed with their work ethic. We will definitely use them again!

Very responsive when our water heater died just days before Christmas. Very courteous, professional, and clean from start to finish. Even did the required electrical hookups - which not all plumbers will do. We use Campbell Comfort for all our HVAC maintenance and replacements and have never had a less than optimal experience!

Update....recent service call and excellent service as usual. Norm and Jake were awesome. We love Campbells! We have been very happy with the service from campbells in replacing 2 entire heating and ac systems in our duplex in the space of about a month lol...ok....not happy about spending the money, but we did get 2 awesome systems from an awesome team! We look forward to continuing our service on our shiny new systems with such a great company. From sales to service to the great gals in the office to the installers...highly impressed!

The response time was within an hour and what I thought was wrong, my water heater, was actually a pump on the air conditioner. They took the time to review all my options and answer all my questions. Repaired the pump, cleaned up and explained everything. I hope I don’t have to but if the need arises, I will definitely call Campbell Comfort! Excellent service and very professional. 100% satisfied!

First off Brian showed great personality and patience with our 2 dogs! He performed the inside and outside checkup in a comprehensive yet timely fashion. He explained all our options regarding the life of the a/c compressor. All I’m all am extremely pleasant experience!
