Point Bay was one of the first companies we called when looking to replace an extremely old furnace and water heater. They were responsive and quickly gathered multiple proposals showing different alternatives, including energy-saving ones that would qualify for energy rebates. The pricing was comparable if not slightly above area competitors, and they were also not immediately available -- which I took to be a good sign. Installing what we ultimately chose as a replacement option turned out to be very complicated, and all the technicians involved were knowledgeable, quick-thinking and courteous. Top quality!

The service technician, Fran, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered and replaced a circuit board to get my system up and running with minimum downtime and expense. A less competent tech would have probably recommended replacing the entire outside unit but my experience with Point Bay has always been that their technicians are very skilled and professional. The customer's welfare comes first.

We have been a customer of Point Bay for over 25 years. They have always provided excellent service over the years, and they do a fantastic job keeping our furnace and air conditioner running efficiently.

Their customer service department is friendly and helpful, and their service technicians are top notch. Our favorite technician is Fran who we always request to service our units. He is personable, honest, highly knowledgeable, and the best technician we have ever had service our units. He truly is a great asset to Point Bay and a favorite of ours.

I started using Point Bay when I moved into my house in 2014. I used another company just once and went back to Point Bay. Starting from their administrative staff, always pleasant and professional. The Technicians have always been timely and professional as well. They will answer any questions you have and are just so nice. My initial call and email were answered swiftly and all the info I requested was provided quickly and accurately. Service tech Fran showed up on time and clean and friendly. Never a doubt that I was in good hands. I had diagnosed what I thought was the issue however Fran checked the root cause to assure we had the right issue then quickly resolved and bango the AC is working swell again. These guys took care of me in the past with repairs and with a very nice new equipment install that was just fantastic. Pricing was fair though you can get your neighbor Bob over for less with a large hammer if that is your wish. I think the pricing ,service, expert techs and the overall experience was perfect. Tom Szymanski is hands down the best when it comes to the yearly servicing our of furnaces! Tom doesn't just walk in the do the minimum, he makes sure our furnaces are running at their absolute best EVERY TIME.

Fran has also been here when something goes amiss (as all mechanical things do). He is extremely knowledgeable and has never failed us with any of his repairs. Expert diagnosis, timely repairs, professional and neat.

Our phone calls to Point Bay are always answered promptly and courteously, from the front desk to the service department. Point Bay Fuel even gave advice when it came time to have our oil tanks replaced and a flue installed in our chimney. I know it's business, but these guys really care!
