Had 3 technicians install a new furnace and AC unit on Wed as my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Everyone that I've spoken with on the phone were all very professional and helpful. Technicians showed up promptly, received text message and phone call telling me that someone was on the way. The 3 gentleman who spent the day installing the units were very professional, knowledgeable, they did a fantastic job, they cleaned everything up, they explained everything to me, answered my questions. I felt that I got a fair deal for what I got. Would highly recommend this business for your needs.

I am re-building a business and needed plumbing, heating and air conditioning work done. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Heating in Beachwood after I was told how good they were and it was the best move I’ve made in this project. Terrific management/staff, excellent communication and incredible promptness (if they say they will be there at 10, they show up at 10). Plus they call and email you the day before to let you know there’re coming. I was so impressed with there service I had them replace my ancient gas furnace with a new QUIET, economical and accurate one. Now I’m a happier, more comfortable homeowner and business owner. I highly recommend Ed Anderson and his entire operation!

Jamie was great and one hour kept me informed about is arrival time. When he got here ,he confirmed my suspicions, which made me feel good as I’m not expert in hvac. He super nice and efficient. Additionally, he didn’t try to upsell me. However, in a very u salesy way he made aware of services I might be interested in the future. Will definitely use again

Edwin arrived on time and was friendly, professional, informative and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. The system needed some parts that he didn’t have in his truck. He was able to get it from the store and installed it in a timely fashion. Very nice guy!

Awesome job. I asked to come after 1pm and they did. Edwin asked what was going on, he knew what to check and repair immediately. He also showed me the part that went bad and other concerns he saw. In no way did I feel like I was being sold something that I didn't need. I chose to take the membership since it made the most sense.

I called and spoke with Laura who was nice and very easy to work with. The tech Edwin Rivera was also nice, there at the time expected and was able to fix the problem. Overall I found them both to be very professional and accommodating.

Great experience with the technician, Frankie Horvath. He was extremely professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. My experience so far with this company has been EXCELLENT.

They are always responsive and on time. This is the second time Jamie did work on our home. He was amazing, professional and respectful.
