Called for an emergency 'no heat' problem. Point Bay showed up half hour early and had us up and running in just 20 mins. Now that's great service!! Thank you so much!!! Been with PB for over 40 years and would never think of changing.

My family (grandfather, mother, and me) have been buying oil for this house from Point Bay for 50 years. Today when we called for delivery they told us they were to busy to deliver for a week because of automatic delivery customers. After 50 years they have too many customers to handle properly and essentially told us to go elsewhere for our oil.

Great service. Fran really knows his stuff and was very informative. Happy that they will be servicing my furnace going forward.

Had issue with furnace fan .Fran and helper responded and replaced switch causing problem. He was very informative ..explained why I had problem, how he fixed it and answered my questions. He was professional cordial and knowledgeable.

Great job ...very thorough..complete clean up...respectful and courteous. I was lucky to have Tom to service my furnace and Point Bay is lucky to have him as a employee.

Today's repair person was Fran O'Brien. Prompt, professional and explained to me how to work the new thermostat. Very nice man.

Tom was great he came in made sure my air conditioner was made sure it came through two of my vent even made sure I replace my filter so every thing runs probably! Bill is lower than i thought it would be and I appreciate it!

Tom was very through when he arrived on Spetember 18th for our yearly maintenance on our furnace. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Also very clean and tidy.
