You know that feeling when something goes wrong and you just want to call a friend to come over and help you out? That's Artisan Plumbing. We had a leaky pipe - I called Mike. Gas leak - I called Mike. Wanted to put in mini-splits - called Mike. He and his team work as if it's their house they're working on. They are truly professionals and I would never call anyone else. If I could give them six stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend.

Mike Cooper his son Mike Jr and Tim installed the plumbing and baseboard hot water heating system in our home. They are professional, friendly and very meticulous in their work. They do a yearly maintenance check of the tankless hot water system for the domestic and baseboard heat. I highly recommend Artisan plumbing heating and cooling to do work for you!

Artisan Plumbing has done much work for me. They are professional, meticulous, on time and caring. I have never been disappointed with the services they have provided which included heating water heater installation, central A/C and a remodel of two full baths and kitchen. When we were told by another company that our furnace was irreparable and needed to be replaced immediately, we contacted Artisan to give us a second opinion and a potential estimate. Mike was professional and did a thorough examination of our system. He found that we in fact did NOT need a new furnace and the problem was a mere dirty filter. There are so many HVAC companies out there and it seems so many want to scam you out of your hard-earned money. It's nice to know that I can trust Artisan and I will continue to use them for my regular maintenance as well as any future repairs.

Mike and his team at Artisan are top notch. When I needed a new AC install, Mike was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They do fantastic work, and it took them less than two days to get everything back in running order. I can't recommend them enough!

Our upstairs HVAC system died after 30 yrs. Mike came out and answered all my questions, quoted a competitive price, lent us window units while we waited for our equipment to come, showed up when he said he would and installed my equipment in a very difficult location in my house. In addition, our downstairs HVAC system also went down a few days before he was to arrive to install the upstairs system and he came out a day earlier to start the work in order to service the downstairs for us. Two and a half days later, Mike and his crew were done and we had AC again. A first class operation. I highly recommend.
