So happy we chose Carrano Air to install our new HVAC system! The team, from the office to the techs, were very professional and knowledgeable. We were amazed how clean the work areas were when they were done!

Carrano installed my unit about 7 years ago. I recently asked them to come by as the AC was not keeping up with extremely high temperatures lately and my condo association conducted inspection and noted several issues with exsiting unit (fins on the roof unit were bent, coolant lines not insulated properly & so on). Initial appointment conversations were pleasant & respectful.
Kareem arrived on time and had a respectful demeanor throughout. The issue arose when Kareem quoted me $1300+ for leak detection ($575) & charging coolant(the rest).
After initially agreeing for repairs I changed my mind within a few minutes before any work had started as this was a large expense considering unit costs $4500. I requested to sleep on it and get back to them the next day. The initial diagnosis fee quoted was $89.00 which would be "credited" toward services rendered should I choose to go with them for repairs. This was bumped to $184 when I said I need to think about the repairs.
I called Carrano and the gentleman told me they charge $90 to JUST SHOW UP at my door. This was never made clear to me and is highly inconsistent with what other HVAC repair companies charge. I declined to pay the additional amount assessed and requested that they apply the $89 to the repairs once I decide to move forward. His attitude switched instantly and he said he would not apply the credit. I decided to pay the $89 and find another HVAC repair company to complete the repairs. I find the conduct to be highly unprofessional and not inspiring trust which is key when as a homeowner I have to blindly trust the HVAC tech to tell me the truth about what is happening with my unit on the roof.
I e-mailed Kareem asking if he could send me the pictures he took of my rooftop unit which he has ignored. These pictures were taken by him upon my request to address what the condo inspection revealed.

These folks installed my Air Conditioning system and performed follow up work on my unit. I'm pleased to say that all the people I've met from this firm are courteous, professional and honest. I've never been more pleased or satisfied. Use them and you won't regret it.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I called for a service as the furnacce was making some squeaking noise. I was told on the call that I will be charged $89 plus tax for the technician to come and diagnose the problem. After the diagnosis, the technician would tell me what it would cost for the parts and labor to fix the problem. The guy came and checked the furnace and told me that the motor needs to be replaced and it will cost close to $800 for labor and parts. He also suggested that I should start looking at replacing the entire system. I asked him if I can just replace the furnace and he said that might not be a good option. I told him I need to think about the options and that I will get back to them in a few days. All this took about 20 - 25 minutes and I thought this was covered in the $89 that I was told.

To my surprise, the guy charged me another $80 on top of $89. I asked him what was that for. He said it is for his knowledge and advise.The $89 only covers the dispatching by the company and that he is charging me on top of that. I told him that this is not what I was told when I initially made the call to the company. He started arguing that I am not willing to pay for his services, knowledge and advise. Since I did not want to argue with him anymore, I just paid the money and told him clearly that I will never even consider calling them again.

I called the company again and provided this feedback. The lady on the phone told me that she does not see the invoice in the system and that she will check and call me back and she also said that if there has been a mistake, they will correct it. I am just waiting to hear from them. Also, I was told that I will receive my invoice in e-mail and I don't have it yet. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Called them. They had replaced the a/c at my condo several years ago. No problems at all. Just recently I noticed There was a leak into ceiling in basement. Called HOA management company to alert them not knowing where the leak was. HOA sent their own plumbers who found the leak to be from my unit. Called Carrano who Sent serviceman out in 2 days. Bill came at 8am and left 4:30 pm. The work took all day. Bill knew what he was doing and explained it clearly. Turns out there was a build up of sludge in the pipe causing water to back up and spill from my a/c condenser The sludge was 1 1/2 ft inside a 3/4 in pipe. Bill flushed the pipe and installed a connector pipe. Carrano is a good company to do business with. Would definitely call them again.

Very happy with Carrano for my HVAC needs. They are all so professional and helpful! Ryki was amazing to work with and took care of everything for me. 5 stars!

I continue to be pleased with the service provided by Carrano. Anthony came yesterday to conduct the annual furnace check in preparation for the winter months. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. Anthony answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. This was a very positive experience.

Ryki was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and expertise is something you don’t see these days. They had competitive pricing but while still using top line equipment. On time everyday and answer all of my questions. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else

Unit was not kicking on and I called Carrano. They were at my house quickly and instead of telling me my unit needed tons of work, which they could have done, they let me know that all I needed was a small electrical part. They installed it and unit began working just fine. Thank you Anthony!!
