Carrano was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They worked with us on picking the right units , negotiating a fair price, and installing where we wanted. Everything was handled professionally and on time. We installed heater and air conditioner and they did it all in one day! Would highly recommend.

You would think that after over 11 years with the same contractor, that same contractor you paid preventive maintenance for on an HVAC system that same contractor installed, they would work with you when the system fails and give you a deal you couldn't refuse. At least that's what I thought.
I bought a heating/air conditioning system from Carrano just over 11 years ago (mind you, my home was new construction and the system the builder installed lasted 20 years). I paid for what they call "Preventive Maintenance" each and every year after I bought the units but my AC unit fails just after the 10 year warranty expires (I guess Carrano defines Preventive differently than I would). You would think that Carrano would go out of their way to keep such a loyal customer but they didn't. And yes, they don't have to and they didn't.
However, by not going out of their way to keep a loyal, long term customer speaks volumes about what they think about their loyal customers. Fact is, they just don't care about loyalty.
If you are looking for a contractor who is there for you when you were there for them, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a contractor who only cares about themselves, making money and nickel and diming you, these are the guys you want.
So I told Carrano I was going elsewhere which didn't matter to them. As a result, I got a better unit, at a lower price with longer parts and labor included and 3 years of REAL preventive maintenance included. They may tell you the other vendor offers a builders, inferior product and try and convince you theirs is better. If theirs is better, than why did my builder's system last 20 years and Carrano's only 11?
I'm terribly disappointed with the way I was treated and wouldn't want that to happen to you.

My experience with everyone at Carrano was top notch from start to finish - highly recommend. Anna said someone would call me back soon - and they did. Herb was the salesman who came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and VERY fast emailing me back with info and answers to my questions. His proposal was very detailed, and he worked with me on the right size system for my needs/preferences, which saved me money. The crew that came out to install was equally impressive. All of the workers were very detail oriented, and the crew leaders, Kenny and Jeff, were perfectionists. They didn’t leave until things were exactly right. They worked hard to resolve an issue that I wouldn’t have even known about, except they knew, explained it to me, and stayed late to make sure it was perfect. The whole team, Kenny, Jeff, Dave, Connor worked really hard on a hot, long day. Thank you!

The guys at Carrano are great! On time, clean and respectful. They treated our home like it was their own. Identified the problem, brought solutions and options and did the work. Now our home is ready for all seasons with heating and cooling and the tankless water heater is very efficient. We are very happy with the entire project!

Most excellent, most courteous, most competent, most knowledgeable company we have ever done business with. Always polite, always punctual, always clean up after they work. They have replaced heating and cooling in our sixteen thousand square feet church building and have done an excellent job. Their prices are extremely fair. Entire congregation very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Carrano is professional, reliable and efficient and they've been consistently professional, reliable and efficient the entire time I've used them (now over 10 years)! I've never had the same person come out to service my HVAC system and that's never been a concern for me. These guys are smart and considerate and they COMMUNICATE every step of the way which for me, means everything. I plan on using them for as long as I'm in this house.

Hired Carrano Air to replace my old air conditioning system. Steve and his team did a fantastic job. They fit me into a more energy efficient option which I'm very happy with. They re-routed duct work in my attic to give me more attic space as well as added new registers for additional cooling in rooms that weren't being adequately cooled. The staff was neat, knowledgeable and clean. I didn't have to do any clean up behind them which isn't always the case when hiring a contractor. The price was great and matches the service behind it!

I’m very happy and satisfied with the installation of furnace and AC in my home by CARRANO staff. The three gentlemen that completed this installation are professional, respectful, diligent and neat. Carrano Air services my Heating and Cooling and repaired my AC system over the summer when it was unbearable to be without air condition. I was scheduled immediately to get my system back up and running. The office is extremely polite and helpful and the technicians are always professional and respectful of my home whether it's a service They are performing or they are maintaining my systems.
