Called them for a small issue with leak and wound up paying for unnecessary refrigerant which added $400 to cost. This overfilling was confirmed by another HVAC company. They are scammers! Such a shame because we used them years ago and they were fine.

If I could give this company (- 5 stars), I would. They tell you $89 for 15 minutes of analytical work to tell if something is wrong. Trust me, whatever they do will take longer and therefore add to your bill dramatically. I just paid over $210 to have them tell me everything is fine with my unit. They argued that the repairmen was there for an hour...he was there for 20 minutes tops and did nothing but hook up two hoses. He was also an hour late by the way. They have you sign an ipad that you can barely read to authorize service and then email you an invoice. I'd rather have the invoice in my hand to see what I'm being charged for before the tech leaves. Does no good after he's gone. Ridiculous company...USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I had my ductless HVAC system checked out and serviced. The entire team-from the initial phone call, to the service team member on site-was professional, punctual and worked within our needed timeframe/budget.

Ryki was a great rep and took care of everything we needed. His team was very professional and courteous, and answered every question and concern we had and took care of all our issues.

Carrano came out to do routine cleaning. The job was done well, the tech was helpful in explaining what was being done and why. I felt it was worth the cost and was pleased with the service.

Currano Air are the best HVAC service provider I have ever dealt with! They are quick, friendly and ethical. They do not suggest unnecessary repairs and get the job done in a quick and cost effective manner!

Scammer! Do not use Carrano Air! My HAVC condensate pump was making vibration noise and Carrano Air did the original installation so I figured it was better to use them. When I called for appointment and pricing, I was told the cost was $89.95 for diagnostic and the tech will let me know the final cost to fix if it goes over. The tech looked at the issue and told us the cost would be cover within the $89.95 so we agree to do the work which is to simply clean the pump. During the entire time, there was no timer, not mentioned of additional cost. Short story, at the end of the job, we were slapped with a $327.77 bill. This was outrageous! We had no choice but to pay. I have compliant to Steve Carrano, the owner and have no resolution. The average cost of installing a new pump on the high end is $170, we were charged $327 for cleaning. During the process, we actually had to help as well. This is such a scam. So unprofessional not to honor the agreed price and charged us unreasonable price. Be ware of this company and their practice. Unprofessional and would never use them again.

I have been using carrano for over 30 yrs.they have replaced my home ac,heating unit & recently my water heater..very through always leave my home as it was before..they also installed 2 heating units at my investment property...this is one of the best companies around.they do quality work.

Ryki is Super responsive, very truthful and saved me a good amount of money. I have them for both a commercial building and my own home. Would recommend to anyone

Their concerns to make their customers happy. They have a nice way to interact with their clients. Very respectful, know what they are doing. The manager even came out to make sure everything is ok.
I will recommend them to anyone.
