I've used Tom's services for years. Always a great experience with Tom. On time and gets maintenance/repairs completed quickly and correctly. He installed our heating system. Back when it was first installed, we had contractors come into our home for a different job, and they noticed the new furnace and were impressed with how cleanly he set it up.

I found Tom online and saw reviews that his service and knowledge was outstanding. Called Tom and service was same day. He diagnosed the A/C and had a very good suggestion to improve the system design. I am back up and running, everything was explained and the job was completed perfectly. I would not hesitate to use Always Comfy again.

Great work, reasonable pricing. We needed a furnace and air conditioning replacement and Tom really came through. He was willing to work with us in scheduling, and we really appreciated that. Tom was very professional, friendly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with our central A/C. After completing his diagnosis, he thoroughly explained what service was needed and what it would cost. His price was very fair. I should also mention that I booked the appointment for same-day service! Tom was very responsive when i called and arrived as scheduled. He quickly troubleshooted the issue and fixed it. He explained what he was doing and what he found. There was no pressure from him to buy anything else. I will use Tom for all my HVAC issues. Thank you Tom for your professionalism.

Our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and as a mom of a 3 and 1 yr old, I was extra worried about CO emissions into my home. We called Always Comfy and Tom came out to us just a couple hours later during a polar vortex. We expected a new furnace installation would take up to a week but he said he would install it the next day after carefully explaining the situation and all the details. He seemed really knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience. Very impressive. He even wore booties without me having to ask him and that kind of consideration really showed his care and respect for my home. He came the next day as promised and finished the installation in SINGLE DIGIT weather without any complaints. Tom is a very professional, stand up guy. Will definitely use his services in the future. Can't say enough good things about him!!!

Tom is very thorough in his work and ensures his customers understand and see the issues he's found every step of the way. He basically gave me a lesson on how the furnace worked. He also responded quickly to my phone call and arrived the same day. He does good quality work and is highly recommended.

Tom is a great guy and does fantastic work. His prices are very competitive, he is punctual and neat.
