I submitted a request for service online and set up an appointment for 2 days later. Although I had to call to ensure that a technician was truly visiting (no confirmation before that), a friendly technician appeared and assessed the issue. Subsequently later that day, a nice salesperson visited to allow me to purchase new equipment and set up an installation date.
I have used Binsky before and am a satisfied repeat customer.

The Team at Binsky is really solid. I used them a few months ago for my generator. There was a hiccup with the sales process, but that salesperson ultimately no longer works there. I just signed with them to purchase a HVAC system and looking forward to seeing how install goes for that project. For this project, I worked with Mark during the selection process and he was awesome.

I contacted this company when we had an issue with our stand-by power generator. Juan and Steve came and right away, I know, I'm in good hands. They were so knowledgeable, professional and with a calm demeanor they told me what the issue was. And honest to let me know if something in their trouble shooting may or may not work. They could have just done it and chatge me extra but they didn't. I love these guys.
Stephanie who was my initial contact person was an absolutely pleasant person. She calmed my nerves when I was struggling to get the scheduling done ASAP. I highly recommend this company and they will be the company that will service our boiler and generator moving forward. Thank you for a job well done.

Called this place to get my steam heater looked at before I sold my house , the tech was awesome but some how left my water fill open . Later that night I hear banging I run down stairs to my baseboard heaters pouring out water all over the hardwood floors we just got redone 2 years ago . I call them they promise to fix it . They sent new method to get the water up . After that the floors are all coming up on the seems and the transition is popping up . They sent someone to come look I need new floors ,they say they will have someone come for the floors and never did and never called me back after that . So now it’s a week later no return call or any response to let me know when a floor guy is coming to fix their mess up . So now I have to go through insurance to go after them and an attorney to make good on their liability claim . I wish they stuck by their mistake and fixed it like any other company would have. Use them at your own risk they will show up fast but if something happens that’s on them they will give you a run around thinking it will just go away and you won’t pursue them .

I've used Binsky on/off for quite a number of different services over the past 15 years. They usually get the job done, but over the past decade their prices have become increasingly steep. I understand inflation is killing everyone right now, but they are more expensive than their competitors. Last year we had a weekend emergency sewer issue and their surcharge to come out "after hours" was multiple-times what another company charged (we went with the other company). This week we had a thermostat "issue" for which we called on Binsky to come. I understand there is a charge just for them to come out, which is fair, but other companies would waive the charge or have that charge go towards the cost of the repair if a repair was done. But for Binsky HVAC, the charge just to come out is in addition to any services performed. Plus, the guy performed "repair" and charged me for it before disclosing the price of the repair (and the charges were quite steep). I know surprise billing is standard in some industries like medical/hospitals, but I don't believe Binsky's competitors do that.

Professional service from sales, to installation, and clean up. Salesman was knowledgeable and responsive. Installation techs are the best I have ever dealt with. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend. Will use in the future for any repairs, maintenance, or installation. And I will recommend Binsky to anyone who asks for referrals.

My first point of contact was Maria. She was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. She provided me with all of my options in a way that made it easy for me to understand. Ask for her when you initially call! Nick was great from start to finish when he arrived at my home. He kept me informed and walked me through the entire process.

We had Binsky install AC for our whole 102 year old house, so not an easy job. The lead mechanic Lenny and his helper were on the job, Lenny really knew his stuff and they did great work despite the trying conditions. One day was the smoke from the wildfires, the next was working in our thousand degree attic, so I give these guys a lot of credit
The Job was done quickly and professionally with no real disturbances.
