Supreme Heating has installed both heating and air conditioning systems at my home over the past 15 years. Their service is impeccable. Their engineers are top notch. They are honest, sincere, and stand by their work. I’ve never had an issue over the years. I have maintenance agreements which help me sleep at night. I highly recommend them. We have been customers of Supreme for many years but today was the first time we needed to use their emergency call-out service. Our furnace cut out completely yesterday afternoon - the outside temperature was 28F and it dropped to 19F overnight with 18mph winds so............ COLD 🥶! On a Sunday morning I left a message on the emergency number and within minutes was speaking to Mike, one of Supreme’s regular engineers, who luckily knew our system. 45 minutes later he was at the door, and an hour or so after that he had replaced the faulty pump and the system was up and running again. What great service!

Professional and responsive from start to finish. The technicians were very friendly and respectful. Ed is only a text away and responds promptly to any and all inquiries as does his support staff! Great doing business with Supreme.

Really disappointed in this company. They installed central-air 8 years ago. Unfortunately the unit stopped working this summer so I called for service The technician came and advised the coil was bad and that the office would advise the cost to replace. 10 days later I was advised that it would be $3000 to repair but the gentleman didn’t think it was worth fixing and he advised that Ed would call about putting a new unit in. I complained that I thought I had a 10 year warranty but of course I was advised that that didn’t include what had failed in my system. Anyway I decided to bite the bullet and see what Ed had to say about the cost of a new unit. I waited a week but Ed never called. I called Supreme back and they said they were sorry but Ed was out on a call and he would call as soon as he got back. He never called. I called again and was told he was out but would call me back. Never ever got a call back. Finally had to call someone else(Davis) who were totally attentive and fixed the problem. If you’re smart you’ll avoid this outfit like the plague!!
SUPREME rises to it's name! Although few companies meet a customers expectation SUPREME not only did but went above and beyond as their "standard" business practice.
The consultation was thorough, non-pressured and on time. During the process of install the crew was so neat I wouldn't have known they had been at my home except for the installation itself. Again, on time and *everything* as promised.
EVERY email, call etc was answered in a more than timely manner with an attitude of me being the most important customer.
Follow up has been fabulous. Again, all the "above and beyond" touches that I never would have known to ask for and yet am very appreciative of.
It's rare I would write publicly about a company but this one deserves the credit for an above the ordinary for me... and standard practice for them job.
I would definitely recommend Supreme Heating And Air Conditioning, Inc.. I have worked with them for many years and have been impressed. Their technicians are always prompt and efficient. They recently replaced my AC unit and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.
My HVAC system runs smoothly year round because Myron from Supreme does such a good job during my maintenance checkups. He is very thorough and he catches small problems before they become major headaches.
Supreme did an amazing job tuning up my York unit. I was expecting to have to buy a new unit but they were able to get it running like new and should get a few more years out of this unit. I will definitely be calling Supreme when it's time for my replacement unit. Thank you again.
They charged my mother $432.00 to replace a circuit board. I felt that was too much and called to voice my displeasure, I was told tough luck but the price is what it is. Less then a month later I called to complain about the pipes banging when the heat is on, he told me over the phone that it would be at least another $600-$700. When I asked if that was the best possible price he could do considering we just paid $432 a month ago, he said that they aren't a flea market and don't barter and that our account is now 'locked out', that I need to go somewhere else, acting as if he was doing us a favor by charging us over $1,000! Unbelievable! My advice is find a more respectful and professional company to give your business to.
