I had multiple issues that NUMEROUS other HVAC companies had inspected and attempted to resolve, but Lou was the only specialist to quickly diagnose and talk to me about the problems, and then talk to me how we could fix it all. He didn’t talk down to me, or pressure me. It was low pressure and honest, but also really creative and intelligent. I wouldn’t trust any other HVAC company and I’ve lived here for 23 years. Lou has really saved me a lot of money and stress but being honest and talented at what he does. I am about to hire him again to install a whole house air purifier as well as and fresh air heat exchanger. He’s the best! Can’t recommend him enough. This is NOT a paid review. And I don’t post many reviews. I just think he deserves it!

My air conditioner wasn't working. I called Lou Fasano H&C and he and his team worked to find the cause. There were a couple of pin holes in the outside unit which caused me to lose the refrigerant. Thank you for taking the time to find the cause and not just telling me I needed to replace the entire system. Very appreciative.

Lou and his associates helped us switch from oil to gas. He was super responsive when scheduling and communicating about cost and what work was exactly being done. Cost was very reasonable and warrantied which was so amazing and helpful. Cannot recommend this business enough!

If you are in need of ANY work requiring HVAC, boiler etc THIS IS THE COMPANY you should call first.
I had an issue as many others did after Hurricane Ida. To my surprise Lou was responsive (within the first 30 min of my initial inquiry) but let me know that he had a job in my area the following day and could stop by afterward. No call the office so we can get you on the schedule. I really appreciate that he did that as I know how busy the industry as a whole was during the time.
Upon arrival which was timely he and his son had ne up and running with some tips within 20 minutes. He and his son started with the basic trial and error for determining the issue and fortunately for me it was something really simple. I couldn't have been happier with the level of professionalism that Lou and his son exhibited and I love the fact that like myself he's a true small business owner, knowledgeable, courteous and professional........he has a client for life!

No air conditioning, 90 degree temps, holiday weekend, COVID-19, don't worry Lou Fasano is the man to call! Lou returned my phone call promptly, he was polite and professional. Lou's crew were at my home the same day within 2 hours. Lou's coworkers completed the efficiently and professionally. The best part was his price REASONABLE. Extremely disappointed !!

After doing an inspection of my laundromat’s rooftop HVAC unit on 07/02, I have been trying to reach Lou ever since.

Not one phone call was ever returned. I called him on 07/02 and 07/03.

I called him several times after the job was done – no answer.

I did NOT call on 07/04 and 07/05 because of the holiday.

I called him yesterday (07/06) morning (~10 am) and he picked up. He said he will call back in an hour once he gets back to the office.

At ~4pm, after not hearing from him, I called again and his secretary picked up. She said he was in the garage and will call back in 15min.

The next day (07/07), after not hearing from him yet again, I called his number again and his secretary said she will try to get in touch with him. Still no call back.

It is now 4pm on (07/07), I just called his number again, secretary said he is at a job and will call when he frees up.

I don’t have the time for this runaround and I don’t want to prolong my customers discomfort.

I gave up on him and will never work with Lou or his company again. He charged me $150+ to diagnose a problem, but couldn’t find 10 minutes to discuss next steps with a paying customer.

It does me no good knowing what the problem is but not being able to pursue a fix.

I, unfortunately, have no other option but to go with another company now to have this issue resolved. They will now have to come and do their own inspection and again charge me for that initial diagnostics as they do not want to go on any diagnostics that was done by a previous technician.

Thanks Lou for wasting my time and prolonging the discomfort of my customers during this heatwave.

Great, honest service. Hottest day of the week and my unit goes down. I explain to Lou at 0730 that I have 4 kids in the house and its 91 degrees indoors. He explains that they are extremely busy but that he will not let 4 kids sit in a home thats that hot. He has a technician at my house before 10am. The technician was very knowledgeable. He was honest and fixed the problem within just a couple of hours. Other company recommended I purchase a whole new set up for my home from them. I have already started recommending Lou and his team to my family and everyone I know. Thanks guys

My central AC started blowing warm. Being that the system is only a few years old, I had never needed the services of an HVAC contractor and didn't know who to call. I called one place, left a message and never heard back. I then called Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling. An actual person took the call and she was great at getting me scheduled quickly. The young men who came to check out the job, John and Anthony, were completely polite, professional and highly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem to be a leak; they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also kept me informed step-by-step how things were going and what was next. This is an excellent company. I'll now be signing up for an annual maintenance plan with them.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly. Instead of sending out a technician immediately, Lou gave me advice on what to do. His advice worked, I didn't need a service call. When I called him back to let him know, he spent 15 minutes on the phone (on a Saturday) explaining to me what had happened (system most likely froze due to a clogged air filter) and how to properly maintain our system in the future. We will be using him in the future! Thanks Lou!
