Our house's central A/C broke down recently and was blowing warm air only. Next, 4 times, we called the phone number of the contractor who installed our A/C system 12 years ago, and we left a message each time. Since we never heard back each time, my wife and I decided to find another local company to fix our A/C problem. That's how we decided on Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling - a company that also works on A/C Trane products. A phone call was made to this company, and "Cindy" was very friendly and courteous in setting up a work appointment for the following day for us.

On the following day, 2 young men came - "John" and his apprentice "Marcel". They were able to address our A/C problem right away. As it turned out, a small field mouse had climbed inside the condensing unit and electrocuted itself by touching the capacitor inside the unit - thereby causing a short and a failure to the capacitor involved. After fixing this problem, a quick check was also made to the rest of our A/C system. So, our house's A/C system is operating like new again. Thanks to both John and Marcel, who were polite and very professional in their work for us. And, based on this one-time experience with Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling, my wife and I would use them again if the need should arise in the future. Thank you, Lou Fasano and staff, for keeping our house cool for the rest of this hot summer and beyond!

I hired Lou Fasano Heating and Cooling recently to replace a whole home humidifier in my home. I attempted to get quotes from a few different companies before deciding. Most companies I contacted either never provided me a quote after coming to my house or scheduled me out 3 weeks just to provide me a quote. Lou Fasano's was the only place that provided me a quote almost immediately and set up an install date within a week of me moving forward with there company. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. I also appreciated that they came up with a solution for drainage of the humidifier as my house is on a slab and has challenging plumbing. I found there pricing very fair and did not feel taken advantage of in anyway. I was VERY satisfied with there work and will definitely be calling them again for any issues or needs I have in regards to my furnace or air conditioning.

The first company i had out wanted to charge me $450 to FIND the short in my system. I told them no thanks and called by finding on the web Lou Fasano Heating and Cooling. The first thing I liked was the first person I talked to was Lou himself and he was really great to talk with. He said he would have someone out the next day and they were here the next day. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it (a blown module) quickly and were out of here for much less than the $450 from the other place just to FIND (not fix) the issue. Amazing service and prices.

First I would like to say I'm not a regular review person but this was something that needed to be said. I called on a Friday my AC not working. I have a medical need for AC so staying at home wasn't in the cards for me until I could get my air fixed. I called this company from just looking up AC repair online; never call the first ads it only means the company pays more for advertising. I choose this company and the man I spoke to went out of his way to accommodate me. Being a friday I was doomed to wait until monday but after speaking to him he sent someone to my home the next morning at 8am sharp. The worker was honest fixed my issue in no time. He even reprogrammed my thermostat and gave me advice on future work needed. I felt like a person and not a profit and in the end I was not charged the time in a half to come out on a weekend. I know they don't make company's like this anymore that have a heart and treat a customer like a human being and not a dollar sign. It turns out the initial person who took my call was named Lou Fascano and I can't thank him more for my comfortable breathable 68 degree home. You truly have my repeat business. I thank you.....
